Touro Churrascaria offers a unique dining experience that is unlike the traditional Western-style steakhouse, we use a fixed-price dining concept known as ‘Rodízio’.   • "Typically for a $60 per person meal, you would expect great service and great food. My first experience at Touro was quite frankly disappointing. For a Sunday night that's not too busy, you expect great service. The server dedicated to us was nowhere to be found most of the night. We asked for additional cheese bread, reminded him twice- yet was never give any. The meat servers were friendly and great, however, I can't say the same for the meat itself. The chicken wings were bland and not really marinated. Many of the other cuts of meat were dry & lackluster. Luckily, they gave you small servings of barbecue sauce, chimichurri sauce and pico de gallo. Chimichurri sauce and grilled pineapple were probably my favourite parts of the meal."

  • "Although the restaurant is beautiful and well kept, the service was extremely slow and sometime non-existent. Our server would disappear for long periods of time, our drinks took a very long time to come and we had to wait too long for them to change our plates. The gauchos seemed to work in shifts: we would get 4 or 5 one after the other, then they would disappear for 10+ minutes. The food selection is too North American for a Brazilian restaurant. Out of all the desserts, there was really only 1 Brazilian option (Mousse de Maracuja) and the only thing really Brazilian in the buffet was the Feijoada. I never saw Chili and Nachos at a Brazilian steakhouse before... I think they mixed up the cultures here."

  • "I went there on a Saturday night, I made a reservation online, and mentioned that I have an infant with me on the reservation. We arrived, The girl didn't find the reservation that we made. They provided us a table that was shaking and placed the infant chair in the hallway so every time the servant need to pass will hit the chair. Some of the food were not perfectly cooked. At the end of our experience we asked for the bill, and it took about 20 min to get the bill."

  • "Although the restaurant itself it quite nice decor wise, everything else was really lacking. Compared to some of the other notable Brazilian Churrascaria restaurants in Toronto and Niagara Falls, this was by far the worst we've been too. The salad bar is pathetic with less than appealing options for anyone who wants some greenery in their plates. The choices for meat were not as plenty as some of the other restaurants and some of the cuts were tough and fatty. The caipirinha we all ordered were incredibly weak and drowned in ice...you couldn't even tell there was alcohol in there as compare to what it's supposed to taste like. Do yourself a favour and head to the other churrascarias in Toronto. Tuoro is to be skipped and not worth the money"

  • "I LOVE the meat at Touro Churrascaria. I found the bacon wrapped scallops and jumbo prawns were overcooked. Disappointing, however in the big picture did not deflect from having a wonderful experience. This our second visit here. Both visits proved the service to be very good. Wine list is quite extensive. I'm sure anyone will find something that pleases their pallet. Everything from the bar was good, or better than expected. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting, modern and very comfortable. I am certain that they used a lighting designer to buy the lighting fixtures and probably told their accountant to stay home that day. We received good value and highly recommend that you experience the Touro Churrascaria."

  • "The meats offered were delicious: sausage, sirloin, prime rib, rib, chicken wing, pork/wrapped with bacon. (Also the grilled pineapple.). Disappointed with the buffet spread ~ not very good. Ambiance was nice. You have to be prepared to eat a lot! The price is hefty for dinner (thurs to Sunday) at ~$45 per person if you want the meats."

  • "I've been there twice, the food is amazing! However, the service is extremely low. On our first visit, we sat at the bar, we ordered drinks and we waited for more than 20 min. When they arrived we were already having dinner. After that, it took forever to get the bill. On my second visit, same thing with the drinks, if I hadn't asked for the courtesy apps. or the sauces, they wouldn't have brought them. the guys bringing the cuts were extremely slow and sporadic even though we had our card on green and empty plates. Overall, a good experience, but I would expect a better service, it is an expensive place."

Buffet was horrible - for the amount of $$$ we pay per person, I would not return. My latte was cold, was to disappointed overall to complain. They didn't cut our cake for us and serve us. Servers did not provide proper serving tools for us to do it either. Would not recommend at all."

  • "This restaurant has a great concept, however on a Saturday evening when they indicate no closing time and you can make a reservation up to 11:30 PM, we felt rushed with our food and did not enjoy the experience.   • "Amazing appetizer bar with lots of variety and very high quality meat that is delivered continuously to your table. The specialty meat is beef (lots of different cuts) and there are also some chicken options and sausage. The grilled pineapple is also offered at the table and it is delicious! I believe vegetarians can opt to just have the appetizer bar which is so extensive (salads, soups, breads, potatoes, rice, veggies etc.) that no one would leave hungry! The decor in this restaurant is lovely (check out the surface of the bar- beautiful), which makes it a great spot for a group or special occasion celebration. Service was also very attentive."

Little bit of a disappointment, meat and buffet bar was good but they started shutting everything down before 11pm, we had our reservation at 9:30 and started with drinks. Place was quiet for us, barely half full. Waiter was great but the meat crew had no personality. We were expecting some Brazilian ambiance/show but other than the flag there was none. Good for a group meal but not much else."

The lamb lacked flavour, the beef ribs were tuff and fatty and the chicken legs has far too much salt which muted the flavour of the meat itself. The appetizer tables were good and always full, and the pineapple was to die for. I found the wine list was adequate, but over priced . While no one left hungry, I'm no sure I'd go back or recommend it to friends!"

  • "Four of us went here for a friend's birthday. We had all been here once before and liked the food although the service was poor. Decided to give it another try thinking maybe they were having an off night. Had the same poor service again this time. Had to ask our server several times to bring us drinks. Spoke to a manager who said he couldn't believe we didn't have drinks and that it was unacceptable. Told us he would look into it and if we needed anything to let him know. We finally got our drinks but not refills. Even the manager walked by several times and noticed our empty glasses but didn't do anything. It could have been worse though. Our server broke a bottle all over another table. So at least that didn't happen to us."

  • "I've been to other Rodizios and Touro firstly needs to improve 2 things in particular ...the appetizer buffet is horrible ...the rice wasn't cooked the feijoada was not tasty at all, the grilled veggies were not grilled ...second the service was just ok ..we waited awy too long over 20 mins for our caipirinhas and then had to beg for picanha and pineapple to come to our table ...and our waiter was a mess he got our bill wrong 3 times ! The meat was very good especially the beef ribs, picanha, sirloin and the pineapple ...Overall Imwill not be going back as there are other Rodizios that cost the same as have so much better service and appetizer bar !"

  • "The Brazilian BBQ meats were very tasty and similar to Brazil restaurants. We did find the premium cuts scarce however. Salad bar was excellent with large array of choices. Overall great dinner experience. Recommend checking your bill as we were charged for things we didn't order and had to request they be corrected."

  • "I was in a party of 6 for dinner. Once we were seated it took awhile for someone to come to our table to get us started and we had to go ask for service. After that it was fine. The meat was plentiful and the servers were attentive. Great table host. There was a good variety of meat. The appetizer bar was average - lots of cold vegetables but would have preferred more hot veg options; hot stuff wasn't very hot. Restaurant was buzzing with life. Nice variety of ages of patrons - young, old, single, families. Supposed to be a dress code but some people had ball caps and shorts on. Nice music but not so loud you couldn't still talk with friends. Very clean. Nice washrooms. Would go again."

  • "I've been twice - the 1st time the service was spot on; server was personable and attentive and the food came quickly and was varied. We liked it so much we took my dad for his birthday this weekend. Food was still great - there wasn't a piece of meat that wasn't juicy and flavourful even when well done. Salad bar was ok, but is really just a backdrop for the meat. Sadly this time the service wasn't great. Maybe it had been a long night for the staff (although our reservation was at 7pm). It took a while for a server to come to offer drinks and bring bread & sauces and we had to call someone over to ask for the meat as they kept going to one side of the resto and ignoring our section. It was fixed quickly enough though once they knew."

  • "parking lot was parking space in front of the restaurant the gentleman said I could not park there said it was for valet parking only circled lot came back to have my car valet no choice ADVISED valet parking was FREE why didn't he tell me wasted time circling lot greeting staff friendly. seated. two servers approached our table explained the concept so far so good then disaster starts salad self serve table waiting five min for mashed potatoes had to ask twice there was a seafood salad when my husband came up two min. later no more seafood salad items not replinished in a timely manner at table had to wait for protein at least 20 min after advising wait staff dessert menu left at 8:15 at 8:45 nobody came to table. had to complain"
