"Food was mediocre (beef carpacio too thick, beef tartare was cooked, risotto had no flavor, braised veal was just boiled meat with a non-descript sauce) too many waiters walking around, noise level very high. Not worth what we paid."

"The food was good. However, for the prices they charge, the quantity was very small. The main courses were the size of tapas. While the actual dishes were tasty, the price and quantity did not correspond. The restaurant does offer tapas, but we ordered main courses, not tapas. We would not go back. The wine list also was very expensive."

"It has been a long time since I have gone to an italian restaurant in miami where the service reminded me of actual italian restaurants. wonderful service, considering it isn't super high end. can be a little bit pricey but the ingredients are clearly superior. Def recommend the burrata, phenomenal."

"Antonio, our waiter, was fantastic. We had a large party -- started as 6, ended up with 8 -- on Saturday night. He was attentive, his suggestions were great, and he made us feel like the only table in the house. This is the second time my boyfriend and I go to Toscano in one week, and we'll be back soon. Don't miss the Smoked Duck Prosciutto, fresh Burratta, gnocchi and branzino. And try to resist the temptation to buy an $1,100 Pucci bag after 4 bottles of wine..."

"Fresh and fabulous. The menu updates Italian favs and makes them modern. The Tuscan emphasis meant we had truly simple yet delicious plates- beef carpaccio was a wonderful starter. Try any of the pastas- they are light, flavorful and melt in your mouth.
The pineapple dessert was so eye catching and sized right to finish the meal.
The selections of red wnes are wide enough to find just the right one for your palate..and the sommelier is one of the friendliest in town.
Our server knew every ingredient, was attentive and paced the meal appropriately. We felt welcomed and happy to stay for awhile.
You can't beat the Brickell location for easy access and a relaxed atmosphere."

"'ve worked in some of the nicer fine dinning restaurants in Miami. First off everything fell off of our table, and it took 5-10 minutes for someone to realize it. Fine that is acceptable especially when a place is busy, but no replacement glasses or replacement silverware were brought to our table till I asked for some and at that point they still hadn't given us water. I had to ask for water after being in the restaurant for 45 minutes that is unacceptable. Once we got our appetizers it took an additional 30 minutes for the server to check on us and ask how we were doing, we asked for our entrees, and after that point it took an additional 45 minutes to get the entrees. At that point we just wanted to leave and didn't want to eat."

"Great regional Italian food-- innovative and different but the meat sauce has the taste of Sunday gravy at my Nana's! A little pricey but worth the splurge, it is definitely a great addition to the neighborhood and to the region. Everything we tried was spot on, the mushroom risotto was particularly wonderful."
