The concept for Topaz HomeStyle Bistro is very simple & straight-forward…to blend the love of great food with the love of family & friends! The word “Topaz” means friendship, & “Bistro” signifies a place where people gather, hence the tagline “where friends gather”. Because the owners were both… raised with “country” values, they feel it’s very important that the portions be generous, the wine & beer delicious, & the ambience relaxing. It is because of this desire to create a wonderful place for people to hang out that Topaz was created. No pretentiousness is allowed here!

Our approach gives our Chef’s the flexibility of creating fabulous dishes that are intended to be shared together, while at the same time giving special attention to using the freshest ingredients from local farmers in our area.
