   Have had 2 great experiences in the past. This one was absolutely terrible we were there probably 3 hours guy was so overwhelmed. Appetizer was good entrees were terrible. Butter cake was nothing like last time. Would not come back for spending 500 before tip, pretty but food was not up to par and terrible service. Had the sole stuffed fish very rubbery and hard to cut through. We wee there for special occasion and was never asked.

   This is my third time bringing my girlfriend here for her birthday. Every time I ask them to do something small but special. This time I asked for someone to just say Happy Birthday and I paid for rose petals on the table. Now I would think as a wait person you would see the petals and at least ask "Are we celebrating something" even if you weren't already told. He said nothing at all. No one ever acknowledged her birthday and we both left disappointed. Of course it's not a huge deal the food was excellent as always, but we liked those small touches that kept us coming back.

   It’s definitely a bucket list experience in terms of a romantic dinner to celebrate a birthday. It was amazing food, service, environment, and scenery. Even surprised my wife with rose pedals on the table (they have an option for that).

    Great food and service. The wait time for our table was a little odd… we waited for a long time and ended up being shuffled to the observation deck. After 30 min and no update we were told it would be another 20 min. The vibe of the observation deck is completely different from the restaurant. Overall great experience once we got to the actual dinner…
