"My family went to Top of the Bay to celebrate my husband's birthday. On a previous visit, he had seen another customer being served prime rib and had been "tasting" it ever since. Well, he was not disappointed! I had a steak sandwich, which melted in my mouth. Our server was outstanding! We will be back."

"Disappointing. Third time we had been here. ist true disappointment. Poor reception at the desk. Waitress attended to people who were seated after us first. Food was good and it is a good value, but did not make up for the poor greeting and service. Wont be back soon."

"There were 5 adults and 1 child under 2 in our party and they were very accomodating. The view was beautiful on a gorgeous day. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We were so full from the dinner special we had to take our dessert to go. This has been the choice for my daughters birthday dinner for a couple of years and we are sure to go again"

"Lovely Valentine's dinner at Top of the Bay with a view of the bay from our window seat. Good service; good food; reasonably priced. Fine both for dress-up as well as casual. Fine for kids (not the best choice to haul out a kid on Valentine's day...). Too many fried food options for the seafood. Would have preferred a bit more grilled, baked, or broiled options (health conscious)."

"The food was very good and the service was excellent. The view of Narragansset Bay was exceptional. One could see both the Newport Bridge and the Jamestown Bridge while enjoying a very good meal. Our party was very large and the food was served to us in a timely manner with all the food being served hot. The number of specials offered was staggering and all the specials that we ordered were cooked to order and were very good. Food from the regular menu was also very good. A great value with very good food , excellent service and a great view make this a restaurant that I would recommend to anyone."

"First time there. As good as I had pictured. Will go back. All kinds of dress.............. from bisuness casual to Jeans and sweatshirt. what ever the mood strikes you."
