  • "The view was great, steak was excellent, best we had in a long time and the service was tremendous. Will definitely be eating here next time in town."

  • "Great for that old vegas look. Awesome view of Vegas from 24 th floor. Service and ambience are great but quality of food just not there. Steak was comparable to that of the Outback or Texas Roadhouse chain food. Drinks and wine a steal. Go for that old vegas feel, view, and something different. Just don't expect a great steak for what you are paying."

  • "We sat with empty water and iced tea glasses the entire meal, never refiled. Never saw our waiter. Asked for a well done steak and got it rare. Sent it back and they had obviously pressed down on the steak because I got it back with grove impressions. That's not how you cook a steak well done. It was dreadful. My husband's medium steak was cooked right but was dry and tasteless too. The baked potatoes were great though. That was a lot of money to only be able to enjoy the potato!"

  • "We love dining at Top of Binion's Steakhouse. The atmosphere is very relaxed and romantic. We always receive top notch service and the food is prepared in an impressive style. The Old Vegas feel makes this even more appreciated as it is hard to find nowadays with restaurants going so very modern. Always a great meal, and good time! Highly recommend!"

  • "the menu said cornfed cattle from the midwest. I don't thank so. I'm from the Midwest and our steaks dont taste even closd to the one i had.these guys do not know what stakes are. it was very bland needed a lots of salt to make it taste good. Even the Australian lobster tale was bland so for a 180.00 tab I was very disappointed. I guess I paid for the atmosphere and the yummie bottle of wine."

  • ""Old Vegas" atmosphere, great food, old-style service by very knowledgeable wait staff. Took some of my top Reps there for a dinner during a trade show. Out of the way as far as the usual LVCC dinner spots, but quite and friendly. Have a conversation at normal levels was a welcome change. Good steaks, generous pours on the drinks, and a nice wine list. Highly recommend. Parking a bit away from the restaurant, but worth the walk through the casino."

  • "I have been to Binion's before this visit to Vegas and with thousands of choices of places to eat, we went here twice this week. With all the glitz of Vegas, this place is like a safe haven where you can slow down, sit in comfortable seating in a quiet environment with old fashioned great food and service. This is old school. No push up bras, Jello shots or art on a plate. This is bow ties, towel on the arm, nicely poured cocktails and nice sized helpings of great food. Then afterward you can walk off your meal out on Fremont street where the impersonators, street players, and music are endless."

  • "This restaurant had been recommended as the best steakhouse downtown Vegas. Maybe at one time it was but now I'm not so sure. All the food tasted unseasoned, bland, overcooked and just generally unpleasing. The server forgot our bread. Then forgot my wine...but it appeared on the bill! Glad I caught that. My husband's "bloody caesar" was a strange concoction of watered down tomato juice, horseradish and way too much ice. The server gave my guest a glass full of ice to go with her sparkling water...which is a "no-no". Had to keep asking for silver ware to replace the utensils that he was taking away. Took forever to get anything at all. I tipped a lousy 10% but I wonder why I tipped at all. I will never go back to this place."

  • "Service phenomenal Food excellent View breathtaking Ambience of old Vegas is what really captured us Everything we hoped it would be and more Can't wait to come back"

  • "Really neat if you're worn of the "Strip" locations. Downtown LV transports you back in time (think the movie Casino) to the old casinos. They've added a cool lightshow and it's nowhere near the glitz of the strip but it is where all the locals spend their time and money when they head out for some fun. Just ask your cab driver. Food was great and the view was better. Check it out."

  • "Fantastic Food and Service with a great view of the Downtown Las Vegas. This is "Old School Las Vegas"!"

  • "This is my second time to Binion's and it didn't disappoint. Upon entering, you are instantly transported back to old Vegas-complete with red velvet booths and attentive service. The steaks are wonderfully done and flavorful-and they offered a wonderful special on a bottle of Cabernet which made the meal perfect. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and view/setting-this is a great place to celebrate something special!"

  • "The legendary Binons in Old Vegas was all that everyone said it would be. Excellent food and a wonderful dining experience. A great place to visit while in Las Vegas!"

  • "We don't usually eat at places with $50 plates, so I was kinda expecting a little better quality food. Steak was just ok and pretty fatty. The service was outstanding! Very nice place with a great view of the Las Vegas valley. If you want a view of the "strip", it's ok, but the forefront view is the tops of Old ugly buildings."

  • "great food and enjoyed view found it odd no background music thought some frank Sinatra or the like would have been nice with the old vegas feel"

  • "The empty casino downstairs almost made us turn around but I'm so glad we didn't. This was a lovely evening, the food was delicious and the view was spectacular. We will definitely return next time we visit Las Vegas, it's a true hidden secret!"

  • "I have traveled to Vegas a lot and have never tried the Binions Steakhouse. It will be a regular stop for me from now on. I was seated in the far right corner of the restaurant which has a fantastic view. The service was outstanding and I was never rushed as I soaked in the ambiance. I started with the onion soup which was delicious. It had a light peppery background that made it a notch above many that I have tried. My main course was the ribeye steak which was slightly overcooked, potato fully dressed and grilled asparagus. A solid value for the price. With the warm bread and 2 reasonably priced mixed drinks, there was no room for desert. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant as the sun is setting to capture the full experience."

  • "Reserved a nice, scenic table for 2 at the window as night fell, and the Vegas lights came on. Food was excellent - steak was as ordered - prefect NY steaks. My wife also had the lobster. Very good. Service by the waiter staff was outstanding!"

  • "I'm a local been to several steakhouses in town but this one is the worst ! I should have just taken my date to outback . The view is nice and it's nice and dark but that's about it! The food was okay the waiter wasn't very professional at all! He literally almost hit my date trying to take a picture for a group next to us. His back was in are both while I'm trying to have a conversation . Another thing to be careful with is that they charged me twice for there tip! My total was 117.99 I gave a 25 dollar tip, why cuz I'm stupid but anyways, the total was 142.99 with my tip. They charged that 142.99 and there charging me an additional 25 dollars unbelievable . Now I have to call my bank and deal with all this!"

  • "Waiter a 2 on a 10 Scale. Waited 5 minutes because he forgot to get condiment. Waited 17 minutes for check and after 13 I asked for check and he said as soon as I take this other order with 8 people and they already has their drinks. Then after 17 minutes he says can I get anybody Desert ??? Been there a 100 or so times this was the only time service would Make me question going back."

  • "Without question this is one of the finest steakhouses in Las Vegas. The perfection to which the steaks are cooked is perfect every time. Every detail is accounted for in the service and the manner in which all guests are treated. Its a warm and accepting atmosphere as soon as you step off the elevator. The view from a top Binions' Casino is phenomenal, not a bad seat in the house. This is the go to place when in Las Vegas."

  • "Steaks on par with the Sullivan's and Smith & Wollensky's restaurants. My dining companion said her ceaser salad was the best she had experianced.Great view of Las Vegas as the sun sets. A very professional wait staff. A piece of old Las Vegas that has been lost in the mega resorts. You could vision the Rat Pack in there downing large amounts of bourbon and steaks served rare. Casual gaming atmosphere in the Casino with plenty of $5 and $10 tables with cordial dealers."

  • "The view is lovely. We gazed at the mountains, lights and a bit of the strip. Service was prompt. The food was well prepared. My husband had a wonderful steak. I made the mistake of ordering the "Chicken Fried Lobster", their specialty. It was awful and very pricey. Spinach salad was good, creme brulee was good also. I do not think I would go back, having seen the view once is enough."

  • "Having dined here on a previous visit to Vegas, it was again on the top of my dining list for my current visit. My first time I had their specialty chicken fried lobster. That experience was outstanding. On my current visit on Thursday, March 20, 2014, the smell of steak was in the air, so I had to try one. The food was excellent; however, our waiter was horrible. He spent most of his attention on diners who were ordering wine or other alcohol. While he was taking our order, he actually stopped to go serve another table their food. Thankfully, there was an assistant who was attentive to our every need. I wish I could have tipped the assistant, because he did all of the work. It's time for the waiter who "served" us to retire."

  • "My wife and I found Binion's on an evening that we in down town Las Vegas and just loved it! From the trip up to the restaurant in the glass elevator to the excellent food and service. (Not to mention the view!) This time we were there with our sons to celebrate one of their birthdays and once again the food and service was outstanding! Our birthday boy ordered the steak and lobster and it was as impressive as you would hope it could be. I cannot wait to come up with an excuse to return to Binion's"

  • "We at here in 2011 - this was a surprise gem on Fremont. Without reservations, and walking in basically off the street, the friendly and helpful staff seated us directly. I ate one of the top 5 steaks I'd ever had, that night. We returned just recently, Mar-2014, and brought guests with us. This time, with a reservation, we were seated promptly, with excellent service. My expectations about the meal were perhaps faded, as the food exceeded them. This is a GOLDEN GEM on Fremont - a MUST DO for anyone who wants a top class meal."

  • "We will definitely make a stop at Binion's each and every time we visit Vegas! The steak's were amazing. Very memorable meal and dessert."

  • "I'd give 4 1/2 for overall, but this rating system doesn't allow that option. First, let me say that the food was very good. Having said that, I'm sure you can find perhaps a little better steak in Vegas, but you can't find a better place to eat it. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere, ambiance is "Old Style Vegas" and the views are exceptional from wherever you sit. I am a returning customer, and will continue to be one."

  • "I needed a quiet yet comfortable spot to entertain customers // friends. Binions certainly fit the bill, food and service was great. All my expectations were meet or exceeded. Will definitely be back."

  • "I must say that we were getting discouraged - very hard to find the "right" elevator. However once we found it, everything went uphill. First thing for me is how am I greeted at the door - very friendly staff. From there the service and food was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant and would go back."

  • "Second time I've been. Had to bring my husband this time because I knew he would love the old time rat pack feel of this place. You can almost feel like Frank Sinatra is going to walk in. The slow pace of a long leisurely dinner over drinks and bread is such a nice un-rushed breathe of fresh air. Steaks were so good we couldn't stop talking about it and the next morning we were still saying 'that was a perfect romantic dinner'"

  • "The food was overcooked for all seven diners. The wine list was disappointing to say the least. The service was average. The view was the only thing that would set this venue apart from any other ho-hum steak house in any city in the country."
    Dined on 3/2/2014
  • "Dining at Top of Binion's Steakhouse has never disappointed us. This time, we were there with 6 friends. All of us enjoyed our perfectly cooked steaks as we enjoyed the view of the sprawling city below us and the Strip in the distance."

  • "The Good: 1. Service and View were top notch. 2. Drinks: Best martini I've had in a long time. Quite perfect. 3. Starlight chocolate Mint in the bowl at host stand. 4;. You can pose with a $1 Million dollar on way up to restaurant. The Bad: 1. The Steak: I had a Medium Rare Rib-eye, and it was tough and not the most flavorful thing... especially for $40. Honestly had better steaks having breakfast at Peppermill. 2. Outside of the meat, food was okay, but nothing you couldn't find elsewhere... and at a cheaper cost on the Strip or on Fremont. Will not go again."
