We were seated on arrival, and the waiter was very friendly & efficient. Everyone in our party of 4 ordered a different entree (Steak Modiga, Chicken Anthony, Chicken Spiedini & Vegetable Pasta), and all were pleased with their selection. We sat in a booth, and it seemed very private with nice lighting from a small table lamp on the table. Usually places won't even let you make a reservation a few night before for a large party and Tony's on Main was very accommodating. They had a great back area and they did a great job serving us. My family and I were very impressed and we all plan to go back soon to try more of their menu. The place is charming, the staff is fantastic and the food and wine were excellent.
I wouldn't change a single thing. We will be back.
I suggest you plan time to enjoy a great meal.

I believe because we are older and server was very young he did not know what we would be like. Soon connected very well. With all the top steakhouses in the St Louis area, you wouldn't think a causual bar/restaurant like this would rank with the best, but it does. The waiter was very busy but did a very good job trying to make his rounds to keep us satisfied. The chicken nachos were awsome! It was a crowded Saturday nite but we were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival. Sooo glad I'd made a reservation thru Open Table! Our booth was tiny but comfortable. The salad was tasty and all 4 of us had different dishes which we enjoyed quite a lot. The atmosphere is intimate & comfortable. Prices were about what I expected. Nice crowd, but still got seated just prior to reservation time. Some large parties... So given the weekend, I was prepared just in case the experience was "off" a little.
I couldn't have been more wrong... Service, was spot on, drinks, apps, and dinner was served promptly from the kitchen piping hot and as tastee as ever.

The menu was extensive and I can't think of another restaurant I could compare it to. The service was efficient and friendly and I can't think of a negative thing to say.I ordered the Mediga Madallions which was crusted filet medallions, seared and covered with a a creamy wine sauce of provel cheese, mushrooms and prosuitto! Some of the gals got pasta and seafood as well! Everything got rave reviews. Service is hit or miss depending on the server and wait times can get long on the weekends. Food always cooked as ordered and kids love it here as well.
