  • "Great place, we will go back. Menu has lots of choices, mostly comfort food with a twist."

  • "Great happy hour bargains! The calamari was uniquely smoky and the red and green peppers were delicious! I had a salad that was huge...fresh ingredients with lots of chicken. Service was friendly and helpful. A great experience in a lively, people watching area!!!"

  • "I keep going back to Tom's - I can't stay away! The food is consistently good, fresh and yummy. The happy hour is nice, and runs past the normal 6pm. The staff is always fun and friendly. I can't say anything bad about Tom's - I try to make it in at least every other week."

  • "I'd go again and try different dishes. i ordered mix and match tacos and was disappointed. Nothing really special about them. Their green chile was so-so. The salad was the best of the three dishes we ordered."

  • "My family and I were looking for a fun place to go for brunch prior to seeing the Globetrotters at the Pepsi arena. We wanted fun, energetic, and hip to go with our afternoon theme, with good food, and boy did we find it. The atmosphere is casual, with a local feel to it which made it feel as if we lived in the area. There is a perch on the second floor where you can see all of the fun from a birds eye point of view. This was good for us since we have a 5 year old. The service was top notch. Our server was very attentive to our needs. The food was amazing! My wife could not stop talking about the hash browns. I was taken away by the spicy Bloody Mary I ordered. Traditional brunch food with a local spin. We will absolutely be coming back."

  • "Moscow mules spot on. Korean burger a bit messy but very tasty. The white bean dip was good and they brought more flat bread. Very attentive service and a chic retro environment. I would recommend as a happy hour spot. I did have reservations and we did not have to wait at all. Overall a good experience."

  • "Went for a lunch meeting. Service was exceptionally slow and poorly organized. When the food was finally served, it was at least 10 min from when the first meal hit the table (the burrito; the only hot dish) and the last person was served. 3 of us ordered soups; only 2 made it out... after their salads were served. When done, it took 3 requests to get the table cleared. A small "Our Apologies" credit was applied to the check, but no one spoke to us about it. The food was OK. The green chili did not disappoint and the club sandwich was HUGE, but the Caesar could have done without the chalky, baby kale. It's called Toms Urban 24 because it's open 24 hrs... maybe not be a bad nothing-else-is-open choice if you have the time and patience."

  • "Breakfast was enjoyable and the food was good. This has been my second visit for breakfast and Tom's did not disappoint. I would recommend Tom's Urban 24 for good food, service and atmosphere."

  • "Our server could not have been better! We weren't too happy when it looked like they were going to try to squeeze 6 in a booth that would have been comfy for 4, but they gave us another table, where we could all sit comfortably. I was disappointed that the pancakes only come with pancakes, no protein, so I didn't order any. I got the smothered burrito and I would not have call it "smothered". It was good though.....but I am BIG on green chili. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and we had a great time together."

  • "We've been to Tom's many times. This time, we went for a late Sunday lunch. The restaurant was not busy. The menu is creative and the food is good. But, the kitchen is always dragging."

  • "Great food and atmosphere. Must try the appetizer mac and cheese with carnitas. AND, a fabulous happy hour. Can't beat it."

  • "We were pleasantly surprised by the menu offering, noting that sophisticated breakfast items were still available even for a late lunch. Each person in our party of ten ordered something different and everyone was more than pleased. Unique blends of tastes, generous servings but not overdone. The fries, no matter which variety you chose, were yummy."

  • "We dined here before going to the theatre and it was a treat!! The restaurant is airy and loved the large windows that look out over Larimer and 15th streets. Our waiter was friendly and had great suggestions for what to order, which was needed because their menu is so varied and interesting it was hard to decide. We had three courses and everything we tried was full of flavor and cooked perfectly with generous portions! Highly recommend Tom's Urban 24!"

  • "Average in food. Not a wide varity of wine or specialty drinks. Atmosphere was boring"

  • "I was super stoked that they finally opened a new restaurant in that area. The layout of the place was unique and modern. But the service was slow... We waited about 20mins to get our food (each dish) and the restaurant wasn't even busy! The wings were UNDER cooked, my seafood dishes tasted too fishy! I won't be going back."

  • "Tom's Urban 24 has the best happy hour deals around (Monday-Friday 4-7) We had their gourmet pizzas, which are pretty large for individual pizzas, and since they were half price, they only ended up costing $5 each. The Brussel sprouts and wings were also tasty and half price. The wait staff is friendly and while busy, pretty attentive. I would definitely go here again!"

  • "We wanted to try a new restaurant for restaurant week and I walk by Tom's frequently when I'm down town for work. We were really pleased with the menu for 5280. The food was good and so was the signature cocktail that came with the meal! We definitely plan to go back!"

  • "Each menu item was thought through thoroughly. The presentation was appropriate to the food. And even though they sound overpowering, the garlic herb fries were amazing. Plus the spiced ketchup made a nice finishing touch."

  • "8 of us reserved our table for 5280 week. Since none of us had been to the restaurant before, we asked a lot of questions. Our waitress was very kind, answered questions with a smile on her face and provided great service. I loved the experience."

  • "We eat out often and restaurant week is always a good time to find new spots to add into the regular rotation. Sadly, we will not. Two out of three of our appetizers were amazing: the duck wings and Brussel sprouts. If only the rest of the meal kept up to that level! All four of us were disappointed in our entrees. The crab enchiladas lacked crab--in fact they were stuffed with black beans and filler. The end of the meal redeemed itself with really yummy desserts. I think we could have gotten over the sub-par entrees but our server was so un-attentive and unaware that is exasperated the situation. We couldn't get a second round of drinks to save our lives and she, frankly, didn't care at all that we were dissatisfied with the main meal."

  • "Everything from the appetizers, drinks and entrees to the setting and service were great. Certainly will come back for more experiences."

  • "Excellent food and service! The brussel sprouts were outstanding!"

  • "Decided to try this place out because I get tired of having to eat off of restaurant's Valentine's Day menus. Everything went well except for the fact that I ordered a slop burger to be cooked med/well and it came out rare. The server was very pleasant and took it back to be re-cooked, however, by the time it came back, my wife was done with her meal. I also order the duck wings as an appetizer and they tasted good but were so messy that I totally trashed the napkin they gave me with all of the extra sauce they put on the wings which ended up on my hands. I heard this place is run by the owners of Smashburger. Based on my experience, I think they ought to stick to fast food."

  • "Enjoyed the selection of food choices for the entire group (8). Food choices were abundant and many were what you find at higher end restaurants. Prices are moderate which allows for groups, families, etc. to enjoy. Diner is open late and sometimes 24 hours. Select Tom's for late night dining and you will not be disappointed."

  • "Visited Tom's for the first time this weekend before an event and absolutely loved it! We were surprised by the retro décor but pleasantly so! The cocktails were amazing and the food was fantastic! We had crab enchiladas, fish tacos, mac 'n cheese, and smothered sweet potato fries and they were all a hit! Definitely recommended! Cheers!"

  • "Awesome food and very good serving size. They server breakfast all day long!!!"

  • "The food was outstanding. I'd describe it as down to earth with flare. The lobster and shrimp taco appetizer was a wonderful combination of flavors, as was the slaw. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the diner atmosphere wasn't as cozy as a typical restaurant for a night out."

  • "It's such a great place to take clients for a lunch meeting. Great service, interesting menu with veggie, lo cal, meat-eaters options. Love the curved booths, you can sit with two clients and actually talk about business and be heard without being overheard!"

  • "We enjoy going to Toms Urban 24 for a great casual dining atmosphere in downtown Denver with a twist on diner food. The reservation process went smoothly, the waiter did a great job, and we like the music and bar balance with the dining area. We had both meat eaters and vegetarians in our group and there were plenty of choices for both and everybody liked their dinners. It is a great place to grab a meal before a sports event or after a show as they are open almost around the clock. We will definitely be back!"

  • "A friend recommended this restaurant. I have to admit, I was not overly impressed. The food was average to me. I'm sure there were some items on the menu that would have packed more of a "wow". However, I'm not big on lobster or other fish. So, it just really wasn't a hit for me. My 16-year-old niece had the mac-n-cheese. It was lacking flavor and the cheese sauce was a bit watery. I had three different tacos. The Thai version was my favorite, but not necessarily anything to write home about."

  • "We had a late dinner and were very pleased. Several of us had the pizzas and they were delicious. The fig and apple and walnut was sweet and the Mushroom Truffle and Arugala was savory. The Midnight Slopper was a whopper with a fried egg on top of the regular Urban Slopper. And they mean slopper in a good way. The cocoa stout was a winner as was the Urban Bloody."

  • "Our wait person messed up our order (it was Christmas night and the pace was pretty busy). We waited a long time and finally asked about our order and due to the mix up the manager "bought" our meal for the four of us. What class. We had not even complained and she did this. All of our dishes were really good but the pot pie was the best. We will definitely go back there."
