"Tommy Nevins did a great job of accomodating our group after it was discovered they had no record of the confirmed reservation I made through OpenTable. We had a great time and I learned that a phone call is better than online to make a reservation."

"The stilton burger was excellent, buffalo wrap was so-so. We were there at early lunch, only a handful of tables occupied. The waitress was very attentive at first but once the food came she disappeared. My buttered potatoes had no butter and there was no waitress to get me any. Had to wait about 10 minutes after the meal to get the check. Fortunately I had exact change and was able to just leave with payment on the table. Overall, disappointing. There are a lot of better Irish pubs out there."

"Great comfort food! Delicious pub food, great beer and bar list. Have never been disappointed with a meal here. Try the Irish stew and burgers are awesome."

"Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was well-prepared and tasty. The Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert was perfectly delicious and a bargain at $2.75 per serving."

"I will give this place the benefit of having an off night, but our service was terrible. Once we were seated, we had to wait 10 minutes before I finally flagged a waiter down because none stopped by. It also took several requests for water until we finally received our pitcher. Once we received our meal, I had to ask the bus boy for hot sauce because our waiter was MIA again. Overall, the prices are reasonable and the food is decent. The service is sadly what soured me this pub."

"Crowded, noisy, table too small to accomodate plates. Service staff tried to be friendly, happy and helpful, but were not very successful. Food was OK, but not great. Portions were huge. Menu in house did not have all the items that were on the inter-net menu. Located near NU campus, so was a great place for the college students and staff, but not so appealing for non-NU folks."
