There's a great private room for a large group or special event. Ambiance is warm and inviting. The decor had an eclectic mix of historic and modern, and the service was excellent. Both my husband and I, and our twin 12-year-old daughters, enjoyed the fresh, local ingredients which put a novelle American spin on some favorites. We had forgotten that it is still one of our most consistent and enjoyable restaurants in town. On a cold night, the the fire and a excellent comfort food plate of a grilled pork chop with excellent man and cheese hit the spot. I also enjoyed a good bottle,of wine that was not ridiculously marked up like so many in town do.
