"All dishes were to a great standard. We were let down by lack of attention...first we had 2 waiters wanting to take our order, bread basket not brought to table and then there wasn't anyone available to ask for bread. Condiments weren't offered and we had to wait to get waiter's attention. Girl was brusque when clearing the table. These things didn't take too much away from our enjoyment of the food. I will certainly return. The food was great."

"Restaurant was very crowded and noisy, service slow, waiter brought room temperature white wine that had to be chilled for 30 minutes before we could drink it. Lots of wear and tear on the banquette seats. (tears in the upholstery)"

"I went to timo restaurant on a friday nigth, the place noisy, the service very slow, the server didn't notice us after 15minutes, the wine list is extensive but overpriced, lacks balance in the price selection, the quality of the food is good, very nice presentation but took so long to get to the table that we weren't hungry anymore, you can tell some plates were sitting in the window for a long time, since the sauce was dried in the plate, we commented to the server and she blamed the kitchen for the delay even do she didn't check our table to see how we were doing. very disappointed."

"they seated us (w/out asking) in a "side by side" table(where u sit next to each other) which is weird and a bit uncomfortable unless u request it.

Our service was slow and not great...but the food was good"

"Will def not be returning. I sent my meal back-and others at the table should have-but didn't.
Have been here plenty of times, and this was final time for me. Complained once before about being nickel and dimed for refills and we were yet again. Really? Charging for refills in a fine dining establishment from a gun? Unacceptable, and disappointing in a place like this. Not only that service terrible, and management never even came over to acknowledge my meal being sent back. Not even an apology from the waiter.
Very disappointed and will not be back."

"This a return visit. The food was very good and the service also very good. The crowd was less noisy; this time we had a booth against the far wall and the location was enjoyable."
