At Timmer's we specialize in making your event memorable. We have the Parlor that will handle 35 guests for a sit down dinner. The main dinning room can handle 75 guests for a sit down dinner and our bar can handle 50 guests for a cocktail and appetizer party. In the summer our outdoor grounds will make your party or wedding a very special event. WE have a tent that will accommodate up to 200 and another tent that will accommodate 100 people. We can have an event as casual as a pig roast to a carpeted and chandelier tent event. Your desires will be our goals.

Built in 1880 Timmer's Resort was totally remodeled in 2008 to restore the original charm of this lake side dinning and cabin resort. The restaurant was stripped down to the foundation and rebuilt as it was over 100 years ago with the modern conveniences installed. We have fire places in each

dinning room as well as beautiful views of Big Cedar Lake and it's surrounding pines and native foliage. Our cuisine is all home made to reflect the tastes of our history. From crispy roast duck to lasagna to several aged steaks cooked to your liking and taste. Our desserts are also home made and reflect our love of this last and important course. The wine list is strong with California and US wines that will please any wine connoisseur. When the weather is nice our outdoor dinning porch is the favorite of everyone. Excite food presentation. Salads are so fresh and the suops are homemade and very good. I have eaten here several time and have always had excite service and food. The Bar area is very relaxing.

The food and service at Timmers Resort is always wonderful. When possible they use fresh produce from our local Farmer's Market. A huge stone fireplace gives it a cozy feel in winter and in summer there is dining on the patio with beautiful views of the lake.

This was our first visit to Timmers. We both chose the evening's special and it was outstanding. Because there were only two of us, we were seated at a window outside the coat rack. It appeared that each time someone opened the door, the window next to us rattled. Because we were in the corner, we were not able to enjoy the fireplace as well. Beautiful place, but I would be sure to request a different table. Thank you.

Timmers has so much potential but the Sunday Brunch we had was poor. the omlet maker was in over her head and seemed stressed. I'm not sure she was the person who usually makes the omlets. The only thing that was good was the vegy dip and the ham and brie lavosh. The ambiance is wonderful. Food poor at best.

Beautiful restaurant but this is the 3rd time my and my husband's steaks were so salty we could hardly eat them. I don't know if they are marinating them or what but it distracts from the rest of the meal.
