"We went to Time for our anniversary, expecting a live jazz group and okay food, based on the on-line menu. To our surprise, the chef's tasting menu was phenomenal! Cod with preserved lemon, duck heart with gooseberries, roasted root vegetables with English peas, shrimp,...the list goes on, and the sauces were amazing! Good jazz also. We arrived at 7 p.m., and the happy hour crowd was pretty mellow. At around 9 p.m., the crowd for the next band came in and things started to get a little rowdy for our over-50 tastes. So we had coffee and left around 9:30. Excellent service, and nice attention from Tim, the restaurant manager. We will definitely go back with friends for an early dinner and more jazz!"

"The food is outstanding! However,I'm not sure if it is a restaurant or a bar. Patrons are seated at the bar in the center of the room & others are standing 2 or 3 deep around the bar, making it difficult for the wait staff to service the dinner patrons seated at the tables around the perimeter of the room. Since the bar patrons are "crammed" into this area they are elbowing & pushing the patrons seated for dinner. Also, with such over crowding, conversation is difficult & it is hard to appreciate the Jazz that is being performed. At some point a venue should be considered full. A decision should be made as to what type of venue this is what type of clientele is desired."

"Food was excellent, especially the Veal and Venison Meatballs. Our waitress was friendly and made very good recommendations. If you are a beer or whiskey connoisseur, this is the definitely a great place to go. The restaurant was full when we sat down for dinner but by the time we were finished the entire place was packed. I will be going back!"

"Great food - fabulous service - fairly busy for a Monday. Had the gnocci, husband had the special, the skate. Both were very good. Desert was heavy on homemade icecream and it was okay, nothing special and the capucino was just warm, not hot. but the entres made up for the average other parts."

"We thought the food was outstanding. I had the shortribs with fried mashed potatoes and my wife had a hamburger. They both were excellent. The waitress was very pleasant and they have a great happy hour. There was also a small jazz duo there who were not really loud enough to make it difficult to converse. All in all, it was a very good experience and we will be back."
