   The new menu was worse food for more money. The new lamb appetizer was very good, but the new steak was $4 more for a worse steak that attempted to hide its low quality with too much salt and too much butter.

   They have changed their menu and it seems they are trying to hard. The food was ok but not for the price, ran towards unflavored

   The cost of the food for the amount we received was frustrating. We had our 3 kids with us, the two that were required to order from the regular menu struggled to find anything they liked. They did order something in the end and disliked it. It was wasted money and incredibly frustrating. We cancelled our breakfast reservations and will not be back. We traveled here from KC and will find another location in the future for a quick getaway.

   The new menu is just awful. We have been coming here for brunch twice a weekend for at least 3 years now. After today, I've canceled the rest of my reservations for this year. The potatoes were cold, tasteless,and soggy drizzled with a bright yellow congealed tasteless sauce. The ham and cheese sliders were soggy and undercooked. The yogurt parfait was small and over sauced. The pancakes were a favorite, and they are not an available option anymore. This is just not the same quality of food. I'm not sure why you would change things so drastically. Sadly, we will not be back anytime soon.

   This is a review for 2025 Easter Brunch. Overpriced with a limited and mediocre food selection. For the last three years, we have gone to Timbers at Lied Lodge for Easter brunch, and we've always enjoyed the food, service, magnificent dining room, and stunning view. However, this year's Easter buffet selection was severely disappointing. There were multiple vegetable side dishes, but only three protein entrees: salmon, ham, and lamb. The ham and lamb were hand-carved, but they were served in such small portions, almost as if they were afraid of running out! There was no mint to go with the lamb, which tasted awful. The ham was so fatty that my husband didn’t believe it was ham at all; it tasted more like pulled pork! Let me tell you about the dessert table: the selection was severely limited and laughable. In previous years, they served cheeses, shrimp cocktail, pastas, chicken, along with salmon and hand-carved meat selections. None of that was available this year. When we got the bill, it was $200 for the three of us, and my 15-year-old daughter didn’t even eat much because she had nothing to choose from! They even charged us for coffee and mimosas! It was HORRIBLE! Did they run out of food items? Was it because our reservations were at 12:45, and they didn’t anticipate the number of people who were going to be there? It’s unfortunate, but this year will be the last time we go to Lied Lodge for Easter brunch. It really is too bad because it has been a family Easter tradition, but I can’t rationalize spending that much on such a mediocre selection!

   This was our second experience here, both have been good. This was the Easter buffet and the food was all excellent. We all had an enjoyable experience and will come back.

    Good meal. Menu is pretty unique hard to understand a lot of items. Not a chef but felt some of the veggies were missing just some simple flavors like garlic, onion, lemon. Something to give them some more flavor. Overall good dinner.
