  • "My first visit here on my birthday. There is another ladies group had birthday party too at next table. It was not busy on Friday night, which was good. Foods we order were good. Only we couldn't enjoy was their daily special seafood pizza. Mussel was main topping on this pizza however mussel taste not match to their pizza sauce. For dessert, Pair sorbet was very good. White paint wall made light and clean image. Overall, I recommend this place."

  • "I made a reservation for my BD - we hadn't been there since it became Till. I chose it because I am a veg and my husband is not - so we had options. It was 5:30 on a Monday the place was pretty empty. The person who seated us seemed nice but indifferent. The first server was helpful, took our drink order and explained some of the menu items. He must have gone off shift because we got another server. My food was "ok". My husband got a lamb burger and was not asked how he wanted it cooked. It was a little pink but he as he ate more he noticed the inside was raw. The server didn't seem concerned but offered to take it for more cooking. Also my husband called to tell them it was my BD - he wanted it to be special. Not a good experience"

  • "One of the best in Columbus (or anywhere). The restaurant does great twists on standard fare (Pulled Pork Cassoulet with Head Cheese on top) and some true originals. Everything we had was outstanding and the prices are reasonable for the high quality. Also, they still do Vegan dishes (former name was Drangonfly - same chef/owner now) if that is your thing. Definitely will return."

  • "Great local gem with a local food focus. Menu is not extensive, but each choice is delicious. Best veggie burger I've ever tasted. Had the soup of the day. Delicious. Veggie burger, delicious. Pizza of the day, DELICIOUS. It had mussels on it, which I didn't think I would care for but it was really good. If you have a vegetarian or vegan guest to entertain, this would be the best spot in Cbus."

  • "We arrived at 7:45 reservation and our table was not available. We were seated at community table and the noise level was so high we could not talk across the table. My order was rejected because hey ran out of mussels. I selected this restaurant, because of the chief and all items were well prepared. I would return only on an off-time when the noise level would be down and better change of all menu items available."

  • "The food was fantastic, but what I wanted (the mussels) they were out of. I was disappointed,d but of course enjoyed what I did end up ordering (the tofu with mac and cheese). The food did take quite a while to arrive, and we found ourselves waiting longer than normal for our meals, but other than that it was amazing and we'll be back!"

  • "Desserts seem to be overlooked at foodie restaurants such as these because the food served is so well prepared that the cherry on top becomes an experience ruining gamble. The food was great, the dessert made the meal even better. All ice cream is made in-house, including delicious vegan options, making the end of our meal an exceptional experience free of the heavy, post dining-out guilt and exhaustion that comes from eating a less-than exceptional meal-ender. Make sure you save room, or maybe even order dessert first. It is truly the best way to bookend a meal at TILL. -KP"

  • "Everything we had was fantastic. I'm not a vegetarian, and am typically not a big tofu fan, but the preparation and the way tofu is incorporated in the dishes is fantastic. The poutine substitutes tofu for cheese curds. I was fooled until I asked my waitress to confirm it was tofu. Also, my favorite part of the meal was the Kung pao baby kale salad. SO GOOD - Again, I'm a meat eater!! The Kentucky Spritz and Manhattan were spot on and the pizza is also very good."

  • "We enjoyed an evening here with meat lovers and vegans. Everyone gave top marks for the food, cocktails (professionally done), unique wine selection and approach to something sustainable. The signature burger was memorable. If you live in Columbus - crash this joint with a few friends for a prolonged evening of cocktails and food. It's will be memorable!"

  • "The food menu for valentines day was not announced until last minute. A pre-fix menu at a very high price, but it was where our reservation had been made. We got to the restaurant and it was empty. Maybe 2 tables with people, but the host was flustered on where to seat us, as if they were expecting a huge crowd. The menu items sounded very interesting, but that is where it ended. Trying too hard would be the best way to sum it up. The caviar dish had, well almost no caviar. It was smoked salmon with crackers and a cream sauce. I could have been at a jewish deli and been happier. No chance that you could taste the caviar over that. The pairings were the same across the board. Over-powering combinations that contradicted each other."

  • "Could not find a menu anywhere on the specifics of the Valentines fixe prix menu. It was extremely limiting in regards to choices, which was not what we were looking for unfortunately. The menu was 50%, if not more, vegan. Which was not explicitly advertised. We got there and had the amuse, which was good granted; but other after seeing our choices for dinner we were pretty disappointed. Plus there was like 6 employees just chilling because of the lack of patrons. A few couples left after getting there too."

The service was fast and friendly (it sounds like management listened to the reviews about timing, and have worked hard to resolve it -- successfully!). I will definitely be back. I've already recommended the place to others, too!"

  • "Our experience at TILL was absolutely amazing as always. The service was wonderful, from the knowledgeable waitress to the bartender coming over and recommending drinks. The atmosphere is hip without being pretentious and the noise level is minimal. The food is always fantastic...I recommend the short rib meatballs and either the lamb burger or the crispy pig tail. Can't go wrong with either. Looking forward to going back soon!"

  • "I had a great overall experience at Till. The experience though is dependent on what you order. My initial meal, applewood smoked tofu, was a miss and came out much different than the description. I hated it an asked the waitress if I could just send it back and take it off my check. She was very understanding and recommended a second dish the vindaloo with tempeh, which was amazing. The overall ambiance and style of the restaurant is also pleasing and inviting."

  • "Traveling from Pittsburgh, where food is popping up everywhere, spoiled and looking for something great on my birthday. We split the Duck and vegetable hash, Biodynamic burger, Short Rib Meatballs, Carrot Cake and Beignets plus some amazing cocktails AND apertifs/digestifs. The service was impeccable, happy, inclusive and incredibly attentive. Bare bones upscale gallery decor was so comfortable and warm. A memorable and beautifully paced dinner, and even after all of our indulgences the bill was just over $100 for two people. I feel like I ate a $250 meal. Couldn't ask for better, thanks so much!"

  • "My husband and I like to try new and different places to eat. One of us is a Vegan. One of us is an omnivore. Till V has been on our list since last summer when a friend recommended it to me. We had an early reservation for four and we were seated immediately. The two appetizers (meatballs and sweet potato sticks) were delicious. The drinks were very good including a new beer my husband tried. The squash entree was excellent . The two guys, however, did not rave about the burgers (one had the vegan burger and the other had the beef burger). Our server was exceptional and was very knowledgable about the menu and the offerings. We'll be back!"

  • "The Till has wonderful ingredients and imaginative offerings. However, my party found the Sunday evening menu to be somewhat limited. Also, there is no wine on Sunday! As a wine drinker, I found this to be a deal-breaker--no more Sunday visits to the Till. My choice for the evening, gravlax, was a bit disappointing, but that was MY fault: This is a dish for those who like a strong fish taste, which is not true in my case. The dish's preparation was quite good, so all the blame for my lack of enjoyment rests on my shoulders. My husband's pizza was AMAZING, and my daughter's squash pot was Indian-like in its layers of spiciness. This restaurant offers bold, eclectic fare, but I suspect Sunday night is not the best time to eat there!"

  • "The restaurant is small and intimate, however it appeaedr that they only had one waitress taking orders the night we were there, which made the service very slow. Not conversational slow but an hour into our arrival slow. Also they had ran out of two of their menu items and it was only 7:00 and with a limited menu it was very noticeable. We did enjoy our food and appreciated the creativity but service really needs to improve and not running out of menu items so early in the evening are the two things that would stop us from coming back or recommending the restaurant to our friends."

  • "Wow. This is the restaurant I have been searching for in Columbus. Every portion of the meal was flavorful and delicious. Not over salted or over portioned, delicious, filling and perfectly seasoned. Rarely can I recommend a restaurant to friends with no reservation at all. This restaurant I will tell all my friends to try immediately if they have not been. Near the Short North but not in the hustle / bustle of things. You'll need to drive or get a driver. Totally worth it as the food is also reasonably priced for the delicious fare you are served. Can't wait to go back."

  • "Once again I was just gobsmacked over how delicious the food was at Till. I am lucky to live around the corner from one of the best restaurants in the country. I feel qualified to say that as I have sampled this kind of food in many cities and the quality and atmosphere at Till are unbeatable. The service is always attentive and makes you feel like a valued patron. Other places in town should take note. This time our server really stood out with her spot on descriptions of the food, and her lovely personality. The cocktails were outstanding as well. I was one of the vegans at the table. But the meat eaters felt the same about the experience. One said "That is the best meatball I have ever had in my life." Thank you, Till."

While the food has the potential of being excellent, my burger was definitely not medium-rare - it was well done, which obviously affected flavor. This is a Top 10 in Columbus. I know Mondays are slow but really, why was it not more populated? We enjoyed our server, Paul Miller."

  • "This place was really nice. The food was delicious and they were even able to prepare a plate for me to meet my gluten free needs. It is a bit pretentious and over the top with their emphasis on local/direct from farm to table ingredients. We asked what on earth biodynamic means and we were told "it's one step above organic." We will have that as an inside joke for years to come I think. But the overall experience was a great one"

  • "Our first experience was fantastic. I have high standards when it comes to food, and Till did not disappoint. Two artisan salads, pizza with shiitakes, and cashew crusted tofu were all excellent. The menu has something for everyone, and the owners were wise to expand beyond the veg/vegan options into the biodynamic and farm-fresh world. Our food was on the level of Alana's, a local favorite, and we will be back."
