"Marin restaurants seem to be cutting more corners than ever, bread has all but vanished in many places, tableclothes, etc. this place is no exception. Although modest in price, it is also modest in portions, the staff seemed new at the job or poorly trained. If your alone with no place to eat, maybe this will suffice."

"You can't expect too much on Christmas. Server was nice enough, though attention and food took forever. Yes the economics of restaurant dining service dictate a table of two will get less attention. Yes, you might hope as a single mom with her son, who spent over $35 on entrees and didn't skimp on an appetizer, dessert, or beverages that they might skip the 1.50 split charge for the pittance of soup. On Christmas. But they didn't, even in light of a $3.50 ice laden diet coke with no refills, the terrible wait, fact they were out of the burger he wanted and subsequent up charge to substitute the next one down on the menu that costs 3.00 less, without any apparent reason. Food was OK, son had a good time, can't expect too much on Christmas."
