Love all the flavors and textures of the house salad. We had the elk steak and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The presentation is beautiful. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks and water full. We had to wait a bit for our food, but didn't mind. The only thing I didn't like is how close the seating is. I was not so adventurous and ordered the chicken breast. When our food arrived, my wife gave me a "small" taste of the Elk and it was absolutely incredible!!!!! My chicken was excellent but just didn't compare to the Elk! My wife would not share anymore than that 1 bite and, honestly, I don't blame her. Tiburon has been a favorite of our for years. Coming from Seattle where seafood is abundant, we were happy that our friend loved the Mussels as an appetizer. The crab cakes were not as delicious and tasty. Just so-so. However, between us we ordered the wild Chilean Sea Bass, the Ahi Tuna and the beef filet. He said the beef was very tender, cooked to perfection just right and cleaned his plate. The sea bass was very good - loved the buerre blanc sauce. The mashed potatoes were a bit on the cold side. We ordered the Pork Belly appetizer and crab cake appetizer, both of which were phenomenal. The Pork Belly was truly outstanding, and paired wonderfully with the Brie and balsamic caramelized onions that come with it. My wife ordered the house specialty, the Elk loin, which was phenomenal. I ordered the night's special, a pan-seared Sea Bass with a buerre blanc sauce, which was also quite excellent. Our waiter was friendly and courteous, but also knew when to leave us alone.
