Diner Reviews
  • "A good place for unique food, but very slow service."

  • "I'm pretty sure "yak" is just the Tibetan name for "beef." The Yak Momo were perfectly edible, but nothing special. I've had much better dumplings in run-of-the-mill Asian restaurants. The entrees left nothing to complain about but nothing to particularly praise. Seasoning was on the bland side, though to be fair I'm not certain what constitutes the "standard" level of spice in Nepalese cuisine. Service for our party of seven was competent but perfunctory. In all, not what I would call a memorable night out in Pasadena."

  • "I love the relaxed feel of this place - like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. I have many friends that are vegan and vegetarians and this place accommodates then very nicely and me as well, being a carnivore. It can get pricey as everything is a la carte but must say worth it. I love that it is off the beaten path of Colorado Blvd and very close to the 210 frwy. It's a real win in location and restaurant."

  • "Food was good, a good place overall. Probably we would order some different things next time to explore more of the menu, since what we ordered was good but not exceptional. The momos were excellent."
