Three Sixty North combines very good food with excellent service, in an inviting atmosphere with dark woods and indirect lighting. There are two rooms: the bar and lounge; and the dining room. The problem is that the live entertainment and dance area are in the dining room. The bar and lounge has a very limited view of the entertainers. When ownership asked the entertainer to sing more quietly, it highlighted the problem, and was an unnecessary request that spoiled our evening. Ownership needs to make the dining room the bar and lounge by literally moving the bar into the dining room, and making the bar and lounge area the dining room. I believe it will create a more exciting atmosphere and increase attendance in both rooms.

Music (Jazz) was great the night I went with 7 others. Made reservations online through Open Table. Was informed on arrival that maybe I made the reservation for the wrong room? Prices were okay for Palm Springs. Would probably go again for the music, but not necessarily for dinner. The atmosphere was a little cold, rather than inviting.

We returned to 360 North for Thanksgiving this year because they had treated us so well when we arrived with no reservation last year. Most of what we liked remained unchanged, but the menu has gone from modern American to more of an Italian bent. Food was still good, just not as interesting. We planned for an early dinner with our toddler to avoid the crowd and noise that accompany the live entertainment in the later part of the evening.

I have never written a review before, but felt the need to in this case. Food was horrible, music has way too loud, and the server seemed inexperienced. This restaurant needs a HUGE makeover including food preparation. Save your time and money, venture to any other restaurant near by.

Our waitress was the most inattentive waitress I have ever seen. One waitress for the whole place and she still stood around. Our drink bill would have been doubled if was a good waitress. Two of us ordered a special martini off the dinner menu and no one knew how to make it. The manager sat in the corner and smoked cigarettes and did not have a concern in the world.

360 North is on the same path as its predecessor, Torme's, --- closure. The food was bad - chicken piccata should be thin and tender. This was too thick and not tender. The wild rice was on the mushy side. The best item on the plate was the carrots. The music is far too loud to have a normal conversation over dinner.

I stopped in for an early dinner. I arrived shortly after they opened and was the only guest. I was greeted quickly by the bartender and MJ, the server. I started with the Wedge Salad, then moved onto the Chicken Parmigiana. The salad was great and entree was even better...good-sized portions. I finished off with the Chocolate Lava Cake, a "must try". MJ was friendly, informative, and his service was flawless. I had planned on having a steak for my birthday meal, but strayed. Now I have to go back for that steak.

the manager (former owner?) made us feel very uncomfortable and we are pretty sure most of the staff as well. not sure what his role was to make the restaurant successful because we certainly didn't feel he was adding to its success. the food was fine and the bartender did a good job serving us drinks and our meal. this restaurant is definitely not even close to some of the new up and coming hot spots. ei Lu Lu's, Trio, Tropicale, etc. as we were leaving the restaurant we tried to make eye contact with the manager as he was sitting outside on the patio, he never thanked us or even acknowledge us we left the restaurant! too many good restaurants in Palm Springs and Palm Desert...don't bother! does have musical entertainment for seniors

Service was prompt and efficient. Salads(house and wedge) were crisp and fresh, with beautiful presentation. Veal Marsala and Chicken piccata light, tender and flavorful. The evening we were there, Reggie was providing music. His vocals and saxophone numbers were excellent, good for dancing, and not so loud as to overpower our table conversation. Food, service, ambiance and entertainment all get good marks!

The server was amazing and accommodating as one of our party came I'll and had to leave. The table we were moved to weebled and wobbled it almost caused our bottle of wine to drop to the floor twice. The food was average, over priced, and missing flavor at an average of $25 per entree it was not worth the money. I feel the extra money in the entree was to cover the entertainment. The music was so loud we had to be moved from the dinning room to the lounge, kinda felt like I was at a wedding/retirement party. Why would you place the band and dance floor in the dinning room, shouldn't they be in located in the lounge?

We went on a Tuesday and the restaurant wan't very crowded. Food was very good. The filet mignon, the potato soup, and the calamari were all very good to excellent. Service is a little slow but attentive. The best thing is Reggie, who started playing his Saxophones at 630pm. He is one talented and friendly musician. Listening to him with wine, fine food and coffee was just great. He is there only Tuesdays. Overall a great experience.
