To be honest, the view came first. There aren't many places that command the vantage point we enjoy here at Three Degrees, so we like to make sure it lives up to Portland.
We do that with a blend of the traditional and the non, the comfortable and the slightly twisted, the satisfying… food and the swinging drink.
Most of all, we like to share. Between well-traveled Executive Chef Tom Dunklin, and Lauro Romero as Chef du Cuisine, Three Degrees embraces the Shared Plate philosophy that encourages more people to enjoy more flavors in more ways than any single plate can accommodate. And because we're Portland, we make it as local as possible. When we see water we think fish, so you'll find plenty of it on our menu. Basically, we just like to keep it fresh.
