"Lovely food and atmosphere. Casual and friendly diners and wait staff. We were just a little bit chilled because the restaurant space is tented and the evening was cool. Although there are heaters, the wind came up under the tent bottom. It must be lovely in that space when there is no need for the tent."

"Lunch. Delicious, fresh, innovative. We started with the whipped yogurt, nuts &olive oil, and pita bread. Was like a cheese, and the olive oil combo was amazing, pita triangles perfectly prepared & delicious. Got the beet salad - not your ordinary beet salad. This was mixed with cara cara oranges, the sweetest strawberries, and quinoa. Absolutely delicious, but my one small criticism is that the salads were overdressed - I want more of the natural flavors that organic, fresh greens offer and don't like wilt. My husband got the Vietnamese pork belly sando that he claimed "best ever." He claims the call is to ask for a side of sliced jalapenos with this. I got the goat cheese sandwich, which was super indulgent. Too much food but left happy!!"

"This is excellent, fresh, gourmet fare for a really good value. My husband ordered that evening's tasting menu w/ Calcareous wine pairings: 1st course halibut cheeks, 2nd course duck, 3rd course chocolate mousse cake. All were superb, with the best being the cake, which was simply to die for. I ordered a kale and brussels sprouts salad in a light dressing and avocados. Delicious. Then I had halibut cheeks braised in sriracha over greens in miso and mushrooms stuffed with sausage. Just wonderful and subtle. I also had two glasses of wine, and all totaled the meal was $85. I think that's a great deal."

"Our lunch was delicious and we very much appreciate the organic experience. However, our waiter knew nothing about the menu. If you are taking the initiative to grow your own organic food for the restaurant and are creating great dishes with it, please take the time to educate the waitstaff about ingredients. Let them taste the dishes. Teach them how to accurately describe the food!
Also, add a kid friendly item or two to the menu! Cheers."

"Farm-fresh, seasonal, local, organic, and sustainably produced foods, beautifully presented. Our wait person was friendly, fun, and attentive but not overbearing. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing a wine. We ate in the enclosed outdoor area that was heated (it was raining and 40 degrees outside), which was all the more notable because it's a dog-friendly eating zone, and the wait people all really love to have doggies there. Overall a wonderful experience and delicious food, especially the kabocha squash soup with lemongrass and coconut milk, the ahi salad, and the pork dish my husband had."

"We had slow service, underseasoned, burnt food and poor service. Our food took a really long time to get and it was not worth the wait. This was a huge waste of money."

"I live in Paso Robles and my husband and I love THO! We dine there frequently both with and without our kids. There is both indoor and outdoor patio seating in this cozy bistro. The food is amazing, eclectic and always changing according to what is in season at their organic farm. The staff is the best and always make us feel welcomed and appreciated. They have a wonderful wine selection that represents the best of Paso Robles wine country as well. If you are looking for a unique place to dine in Paso, THO is the place!"
