The restaurant is housed in a historic, two-story warehouse with exposed brick and loft ceilings. Vibrant art, colorful wood tabletops and distressed wood accents make ThirstyBear a comfortable, fun & festive environment to bring both clients and friends.
Cuisine:
Modern regional Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on Tapas and Paella. Our Executive Chef, Jessica Gorin, combines some of the finest traditional ingredients from Spain including manchego cheese, jamon serrano, chorizo sausage, olive oil and piquillo peppers with the freshest California produce.

ThirstyBear serves only sustainable harvested seafood; all natural meats free of growth hormones & synthetic additives; and local organic seasonal produce.
ThirstyBear recycles all paper, glass, aluminum & plastic. We compost all organic matter; we recycle our cooking oil into biodiesel. Our menu paper is post consumer recyled; our to-go containers are recylable & or compostable. We use energy efficient lighting, heating, cooling & conserve water in the brewery & restaurant.
