Warm, delicious bread is great, calamari appetizer is fresh and delicious (although they've cut the appetizer size in half a few months ago..so not so good a deal now), the Gertsajerk shrimp is ALWAYS fabulous. Spicy/sweet shrimp served on grilled pineapple with some wonderful cheesy risotto. Ambiance is always classy and calm with lighting just right. We were pleasantly surprised about everything. The outside of the building is quite deceiving in terms of what to expect inside! This was a great find. They have a great bar, great menu, incredible specials and options. The only area lacking is the lackadaisical waitstaff, which at this price point is not only a surprise, its unacceptable. Granted its not all of the staff but some changes, or additional training probably needs to happen.
The bar makes a fabulous drink. I have never had a bad meal. I have also tried one of the holiday buffets which was also very good .

It's been a while since we have eaten here and boy have we missed out! This place is completely different then the old wooden nickel and that's a good thing. The lounge menu offered a great late night bite, the beer selection is amazing ad the band, one sweet burgh, rocked the place.
