"The only positive here was the jazz band they had. The portions of food are really small. The selections of wine were ok but pricey for a glass.
Probably would not return back..."

"The staff was friendly & helpful. We tried a variety of appetizers and all were very good. The wine we had was excellent and a half price selection. My only gripe is that although the by-the-glass wine list is extensive, it does not include bottle prices and frankly if even 2 people are drinking more than 1 glass each, bottles are ususally a better option. At least, i want to have the option & know what it will cost me."

"I went with my parents between lunch and dinner. So my impression is far different from the the dinner and late night crowd. The food is very good and the price points seem in line. It appears that the evening hours and the bar scene would be fun. On my next visit I will go back with my girlfriend and do the "pretty people" thing. Go for the food and the wine for certain."

"Our first time visiting for lunch and what a great time we had. We were seated promptly, attended to and our server was extremely personable. I HIGHLY recommend the starter of the Avocado Pico de Gallo, the chips were incredibly tasty and the dip so fresh. I had the lunch special of the Salmon Sliders and they literally melted in my mouth. I think what I loved most was the decor and the jazzy music that was in the background. It made for a really great time away from the office."

"You should never have a grand opening unless you're completely prepared to open. We were force to eat and drink based on the fact that everything we ordered seemed to be out. Form the appetizers to the wine to even the entrees, we had to choose either plan B or C. Unacceptable."

"Went later on a Friday night. Hostess attempted to seat us at a table for 6 (we were party of 2) with balloons and decorations on it--the table was next to a large party. She sd that they had less people show than anticipated for the big party so we could sit there even though we weren't with them. After being seated at an appropriate table, things were wonderful. Server was knowledgable without being pretentious. Food was absolutely fantastic. Wine list was great. Noise level was high, but to be expected on a weekend. Would absolutely go back."

"Service was a little slow but very understandable because they were extremely busy at the time. Our group each picked an app and there was not one complaint among us. We went on a Saturday night when the band the Spasmatics were playing, they were so good an hilarious to watch. I would highly recommended The Wine Dive, but if you choose to go on a busy night please go with an understanding attitude."

"After reading some negative reviews I decided to post some notable considerations to all the SNOOTS who don't seem to valuable this restaurant in downtown WPB! My husband & I are avid foodies, travel, & dine out almost every night. With the array of chains in this area, Wine Dive stands out in the crowd! OK, so the service is slow(for those of you who have traveled outside of the US would know that there is much more to a good restaurant than refills and waiters expecting big tips). If you appreciate good food & drinks(wine flights avail) w/ a cultured crowd who values conversation over sloppiness, WD is a gem on this side of the pond!
