The Wine Bistro, with three Columbus, Ohio locations in Upper Arlington, Clintonville and Worthington, offers an exciting array of well-curated wines and a list of select craft beers. The menu features light and filling appetizers & small plates, soups, salads, flatbreads and entrees offered every… day of the week for lunch and dinner. We open at 11:00 AM Mon-Sat and at Noon on Sunday. Choose a table for two, a relaxed seat in the soft seating area, gather a group at one of the communal tables or in the private tasting room.   • "When the Wine Bistro opened at Henderson and High less than a year ago, we were delighted to have another good restaurant option in Clintonville. On Monday night my wife and I decided to take advantage of this pleasant dining choice in order to find some warmth on yet another cold winter night. We were not disappointed. My wife had a steak salad and I had a turkey panini. Both were very good. My only complaint is that a bottle of wine I might get at Weiland's or Kroger costs about three times as much at the Wine Bistro. Still, in light of the excellent service and the ambience, I am willing to pay the mark up."

  • "Had a reservation at 7:15 on Saturday night. We got therea bit early, ""Please go to the bar and start with a drink". That was fine but then they "lost us" and when my husband went to see if our table was ready they said, "Oh you are the Smiths". They seemed busy and confused; maybe lacking management. Then our 7:15 reservation lasted til 9:45; the food was good enough, the service was good, it was just so slow. What if we had plans after a 7:15 reservation like a movie? I think they needed more employees and better leadership/management on Saturday evening. We have been to the Lane Ave restaurant and have not had this problem. Will think twice about returning"

  • "My husband and I decided to dine at Wine Bistro because it was participating in Restaurant Week and we had a gift card. We both chose different courses and shared a taste or two. The brie was fabulous and the salad had a very refreshing taste. My crab cakes were possibly the best I have had. The short ribs were cooked nicely and very pleasant. For dessert we did the triple chocolate dessert and the crème brulee. The chocolate was amazing and I couldn't put my fork down. I did not taste the crème brulee but my husband said it too was amazing."

  • "I made reservations for myself, my husband and a married couple that we are friends with for New Years Eve. None of us have ever heard or been to this particular restaurant and weren't sure what it was like. We walked in and the place was beautiful. We were seated right away. The server was very informative and helpful. We picked a bottle of wine off the wall that he suggested based on what we asked him for.We ordered a few appetizers, the antipasto platter and the popcorn. They were both delicious! The guys both had beers and the filet special. I had the tenderloin I think with the mushroom risotto and a meatball. My friend she has the meatball, the tomato basil soup and a flat bread."

  • "The six of us had a fun and enjoyable evening. We sat at one of the high top tables that had surprisingly comfortable chairs. We were glad we had made reservations since the place was packed. Thankfully we were immediately seated when we arrived at 6:30. Excellent service and wine selection plus delicious food. Our waiter was most helpful with menu and wine selections. Our group had salads, flatbread pizza, spaghetti, and wine of course. We'll be back."

  • "We had an early reservation at the Wine Bistro, hoping to avoid the crowds (and noise) attendant on a later arrival. Turned out there was already a large and boisterous gathering at the bar, and the noise-level only increased as the evening wore on. This is an excellent opportunity to "browse" through several shared small plates, and the fall menu provided some new innovations. The shrimp with pineapple was a tasty starter. Chilly weather made the 3 cheese fondues a no-brainer (we'd enjoyed them on an earlier visit). And the filet and bleu flatbread was a real winner. Hard to pass up the port-simmered cherries (on ice cream) and the chocolate pot au crème (like eating fudge with a spoon!) for dessert."

We were treated like old friends when we arrived and the wine and food that followed were outstanding. We have not tried the other locations, but this one is great."
