Check!We were in town visiting colleges with our son and wanted to try beef wellington AND it just happened to be our anniversary, so we decided to try out The Wellington. I made a special note in my reservation that it was our anniversary and The Wellington did not disappoint! The service, food, and ambiance were all outstanding. Good pre-meal cocktails as well! Small place with close tables, but it wasn't too loud. Good decor made you feel tucked away for a nice meal, forgetting it's located on a busy street. The beef wellington was delicious, the drinks were outstanding, and the staff was friendly but not intrusive. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned and had to be some of the most delicious we've ever had! The service was a little slow at first and the interior is rather small and dark, but neither of those things were significant enough to warrant anything less than 5 stars in my book. I took my daughter out and the waiter made her an exciting non alcoholicbdrink that she just loved. The meal was paced just right and I loved the quiet ambiance and low lights.
