~Simple, Savory, Seaside~ The Wave Kitchen & Bar, offers an ocean-front dining space with amazing views of the Atlantic. The restaurant offers a menu directly sourced from local farmers, fishermen and artisanal purveyors. The Wave concept was designed to offer a dining experience similar to… what one would encounter at a hospitable and cozy dinner party at a friend’s home with generous attention to detail. The open kitchen and customizable selections aim to engage guests. In addition to classic selections of Florida fresh seafood dishes,Center Cut Filet Mignon and Pork Tenderloin served with Natural au Jus infused with Port Wine, diners are able to customize entrée selections with choice of preparation style,sauce and temperature. "My husband and I had a great time as we celebrated his birthday. We had the paella for two and it was excellent. We were so stuffed that we had no room for dessert. Next time when we go back will make sure we leave room for dessert."

"The first thing you notice is the noise. Almost felt like shouting. My wife was sitting next to me and we had to lean over at times to hear each other. Great conk fritters and the ceviche was excellant. My wife had the paella and I had the skirt steak. Both dishes were delicious."

"Service,food and beverages were excellent. Some kind of incense burning smelled like cleaning products. Ugh! Very, very loud. Water served was not filtered and had that Florida swamp water smell and taste. Lobby entrance decor is stark and dark as is the entire restaurant. But quality of food and preparation is outstanding."

"I hate to write a bad review ....this was very bland!!! We were seated(10) at a large round table surrounded by hanging beads it was cool. We were all excited about the prospect of the fresh local fish and the reviews were promising. Everyone was disappointed with their meals. They weren't bad just bland and boring. The fish promised your choice of topping I personally had the mango Avacado, there were two tiny pieces of each in maybe a tablespoon of topping. It was flavorless. Two people had the Paella it had an enormous amount of rice little flavor and the shellfish etc. The Cuban steak was again bland, although they enjoyed the black beans. The cheviche was uneventful as well. They weren't busy. Our service was ok."

"Food always has great flavor and presentation. We were disappointed that we didnt get David as our waiter. He is the best waiter of any place we have ever dined at. He is friendly, helpful and professional. We will ask for David next time we make a reservation. We feel he makes our dining experience!"
