"We booked via Open Table the day before, and had informed them at this point of our son's various food allergies. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely courteous and pleasant, and we had 3 staff in quick succession informing us of the aspect of our meal they would be taking care of (eg wine, food etc). They also told us at the outset that arrangements had been made in the kitchen for our son's food to be prepared separately, and presented us with a basket of bread that even our son could eat, which blew us away! The food we all ordered was absolutely delicious and by far the best food we've ever had in Orlando and this was added to by the lovely ambiance of the restaurant which was populated by families & couples alike."

"The steak was really fantastic! We all enjoyed the flavor.
I was disappointed with the crab claws. They were priced per piece and although we ordered "medium" they were extremely small for the price. They should have been labeled small. They were the smallest I've ever seen...anywhere."

"Best steak I've had in a long time (and I eat a l ot of steak). Service and food was fantastic. Would highly recommend it for dinner, as well as their buffet breakfast. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected when at the Ritz. They have the most fantastic grits ever, even our friend's who don't really like grits went back for seconds."
