"I loved the food, service and the jazz pianist. Dimitri wasn't there on the evening that I visited, but another maitre d' was just as awesome. The environment and the ambience sealed the deal for me. The food was on point. Great selection of grilled fish if you love seafood. All the food was fresh. The waitress was personable. A night to remember."

"Overrall this was a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was nearly impeccable and the ambience was perfect. Management clearly has their floor staff trained very well and the waitress was personable. My only complaint for the evening was an unattentive bartender with a nearly empty bar before we sat down to eat. Nevertheless, they'll be seeing us again."

"At lunch time, the Terrace Room is the only venue that is open for dining even though I had made a reservation to dine at the Tower Bar. Nevertheless, the Terrace Room is a delightful, beautifully decorated, airy room that opens onto the small pool area of the hotel. We sat at the edge of the terrace just outside, with gorgeous views of the pool, the surrounding West Hollywood neighborhood, and distant downtown LA. The menu offers creative salads, sandwiches and entrees. I had a wonderful quinoa and shrimp salad and a duo of perfectly made sorbets (raspberry and mango). Service was prompt and friendly. This was a relaxing, soothing, therapeutic lunch. We were welcomed graciously by everyone we met at the hotel."

"Overall, I was not pleased with my experience. Although I'm not a very regular customer, I have dined at the Tower Bar several times. I did not expect to sit at a table for 4 in the corner with an odd seating. We were not seated across from each other, but rather one person sat across the table and the other on the end of the table. I waited twenty minutes for a drink and finally had to remind the server. Food service in general was slow, which is not an extreme problem, but the server rarely came back to check on us. Then after we received the food the server rarely checked in on us regularly."

"Food and service were very good, and the live piano in the background was a wonderful addition to the evening. Unfortunately, they keep it too dark in the dining room, to the point that it's not romantic, only frustrating."
