"The decor was quite charming and I was excited to try a new restaurant. The dining room was a bit noisier than I would have preferred. You could hear a lot of noise from the bar area that wasn't really conducive to a quiet dinner atmosphere. The food was good although it was a bit pricey. But then again, it is in great falls."

"We dined on Valentines Day but did not take advantage of the special being offered. To be honest, I was a bit surprised that there was only one special. But that's okay. We came to the restaurant via a recommendation from a friend who had eaten lunch there. My Wife had the French Dip sandwich and I had a steak. My Wife was less than impressed with the sandwich and felt it was under-sized in proportion to the price and too much bread. I enjoyed my steak. It was prepared as I ordered. The green mashed potatoes were an eyebrow raiser but they had good flavor. Again, for the price I felt the steak was a bit undersized. The atmosphere was quiet but that probably had more to do with our hour of dining (6pm) as it did get a bit noisier around 7pm."

"We had our Valentine's day dinner at the Tavern and it was great. We didn't want to have to choose from a limited menu like most restaurants on v-day and the Tavern offered their full menu as well as a v-day menu. We loved the food and eat here often."

"I had a Chilaen Sea Bass Valentines Day Special that could have been served by Wolfgang Puck. It was a beautiful, perfectly roasted hunk of fish that was presented on a plate with a passion fruit sauce, roast califlour and violets. It tasted as good as it looked! My appetizer special was sirloin tips on skewers served with a blue cheese dipping sauce -to die for! In the past I have always found the seafood specials to be excellent. My other favorites on their menu are the ahi tuna appetizer, the smoked salmon appetizer, the arugula salad - ask for it with blackened salmon and make it a meal. The Ghost Pines Cab complimented my meal and is fabulous at it's price point. My kids love the nachos and burgers! It's a family friendly spot!"

"The food was delicious. The pasta was very tasty and the Grilled Salmon was perfectly cooked, nice and moist. The vegetable soup tasted like homemade. The Caesar Salad was ordinary (could improve on the dressing and preparation). Service was excellent. We will definitely go back to try more dishes."

"the food was good, but I have had better at this price point. A bit pricey considering salads are not included with the entree and it is a more casual restaurant. The house salad was delicious, though. We had to request bread and the server only brought 3 rolls for 4 people. Then while still eating dinner, wanted to know if we were finished with the bread. Not so sure why such a big deal about the bread???
