The care and detail in picking out their ingredients is evident. The wine list is also fun and reasonably priced. I've had some incredible wines (lower $ range) that are not available at other places, and they change up the selections to keep things interesting.
The service is friendly, warm and helpful. They value their customers and treat each table in a special, authentic and personal manner. They pay attention and make dinner fun and enjoyable.
Dinner with appetizer, a main course and a two glasses of wine will run around $100. It's worth it, but I wish I could afford to dine there more often.

Loved the food - had pork belly for starter, and braised beef cheeks for main. The Ricotta begnets with lemon curd were a spectacular finish. The service was informative and attentive, friendly and the host even turned the loud hip hop music down - not quite the best music for a restaurant this elegant.

Our server introduced herself, then listed the specials for the night as well as items on the menu that were not available for the evening. Our water glasses were constantly being refilled.
I had the beet salad, the grits and the toffee cake. Everything was presented very nicely and the flavors of the ingredients blended very nicely.
If you're looking for a quick meal, this is not the place for you. The food here is best when enjoyed in a very leisurely manner.

The main wall of the restaurant was floor-to-ceiling windows, so the space was filled with the warm glow of dusk at our 5:30 reservation. There were two long wooden communal tables in the middle of the dining room. My party of three was seated along a wall, so two of us got to sit on a comfortable, padded bench. There were a couple of mis-steps with the quality of the food, but the manager, Brian Nicholas took excellent care of us. The table was right by to door, so that was a little less then perfect as it was cold each time someone arrived, and the noise level at the table was almost to loud, it was easier for a conversation at the bar then at the table.
The server was good, but the food was wonderful, the duck should be a meal vs. just a starter. The Lamb was wonderful.
