"The Sunset is the perfect combination of relaxed elegance with great food, good service and a lovely view. My only recommendation when dining at The Sunset is to be sure that what you're ordering for an entree isn't an appetizer plate. I ordered the seared ahi for my entree. It ended up being 3 slices of fish on a bed of nappa cabbage. It was delicious, but much too small for an entree. Hence the 3 stars, instead of 4 for service. The waiter should have let me know the dish I ordered for my entree was appetizer sized. Luckily my boyfriend was willing to share his Jidori chicken which was also very delicious."

"We made a reservation there but the seating that we got was in the patio area. Me and my wife were celebrating our anniversary and were expecting to sit a little more apprortiate then the first floor area. The lounge and bar area looked nice, the view would have been better if we were next to the window but we were up along the wall. I would recommend people to go here and try it out but i would not recommend it for someone to go for a special occasion because ours did not seem special there."

"The location was great, across from the beach. The hostess was friendly, but our server was not. She didn't introduce herself. She acted as if she didn't want to be there. The food was very good. The grilled Octopus appetizer was delicious. My husband had the Black Mussels with frites. Very delicious. I ordered the Lobster Risotto with half a lobster. The claws were cut, but I could have used a small seafood fork. Next time I will try somethingelse. We had to ask for a bowl for shells. I told many friends about The Sunset, and my husband and I will definitely go again."

"Notably awkward host when entering. I made an early reservation for a romantic spot for my husband and I, and we were seated in a corner booth where people shared a bench and were uncomfortably close. The server seemed fake when she was laughing and attempting at being friendly. Our food was amazing!!! Very fresh salmon that melted in your mouth. Lobster ravioli in a sauce that was a perfect amount and tasted 100% hand made."

"The interior of the restaurant is a bit stark, but the sunset and ocean views are terrific. I wonder if the ambiance would improve with flowers on the tables? The food portions were generous for an upscale restaurant. Excellent seafood. Our wine was somewhat tasteless."
