  • "Wasn't our first time and won't be our last - there's always something delicious on this menu!"

  • "Stonerose is always a solid choice for a great dinner and drinks night out. A young vibe ,,,but not too young! The food is always tasty and innovative. The drink menu is extremely solid with quality selections in all categories, wine, beer and specialty drinks. The service is always friendly and on point. I will go back over and over again! Yea stonerose!!!"

  • "We came across the Stone Rose while looking for another restaurant in Conshy. We were wonderuly surprised. The food and service were outstanding. It's a true neighborhood gem."

  • "My friends have been recommending the Stone Rose to me for a while and I finally went. It was great!!! The mac-n-cheese w spare rib dish is a must have!!!"

  • "Not from this area so this was my first time at this restaurant. The seating in the bar area was very high energy and noisy so we asked for a table in the back and it was fine. The service was very good and our waiter made the dining experience very enjoyable. I had mussels in a white wine sauce and it was very good. I had to try their mac and cheese and it was terrific. It is a very good spot for good food and a fun time with friends.."

  • "This was our second visit. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. If you like craft beer then you will like it here, but they also have a full bar. This place has one of the nicest cheese boards I've seen in a while. They have a very interesting menu and it is paleo friendly. Most items are locally sourced and there are some organically raised protein choices. We were seated in the bar area which was very noisy but fun nonetheless. If noise is an issue definitely request a table in the back room. All in all an excellent meal and enjoyable evening."

  • "this is a delightful place with really good food and friendly service."

  • "surprised and in an out of ordinary location, the food is very flavorful and with fusion combinations unexpected as it sits next to a local pizza/deli place across from a firehouse! The decor inside is simple but sophisticated enough and items were reasonable for the choices given."

  • "was there on a sunday night and found it to be a great little hideaway, food was very good , service was great. quieter in back away from bar area.would definately recommend."

  • "We ate at the Stone Rose and were a little disappointed. It is VERY small and our table was in the bar area against the wall. It was St. Patrick's day weekend so we just dealt with the noise but was loud. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was ok but not worth $38. The calamari was really good though. I had the braised ribs with mac and cheese. It came with brussel sprouts which I love but they weren't cooked well. The mac and cheese was overly creamy (too much for me) and had burnt cheese spots in it. My husband had the pork chop. It was tasty but nothing to do cartwheels over. We tried the chocolate caramel bread pudding. It was horrible. Defintely wouldn't recommend it! Good service though. I wouldn't go back but try it for yourself!"

  • "I chose StoneRose because on Friday afternoon I was trying to make a 7:30 reservation for Saturday night. I searched many restaurants and although I had never heard of the StoneRose, the menu looked great (I am a Foodie), the reviews were very good, and they could accomodate us 7:30. The menu has nice variety and the dishes are creative. I highly recommend the beet salad. We got the wasabi crusted tuna and bison steak for our entree's and they were both fabulous. Especially, the Bison steak. I ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The only negative about the restaurant is we were seated at a high to table in the bar and it was EXTREMELY noisy for the first 45 min. Not a restaurant for a romantic dinner. We will go back."

  • "Our dinner on Saturday night was delicious. The staff were attentive and polite. The front of the Restuarant was too noisy for the over 60 diner. We requested the back and it was great."

  • "This was my first time dining at the Stone Rose and the food was very good. We sat in the back where it was not noisy and had a well served meal. Food was presented nicely and service was relaxed. I would come back again."

  • "Located on the main drag in Conshohocken, you enter into a long, narrow bar area with tables on the wall. The "dining room" is in the back and small. This can make for a "noisy eating environment; especially on a Saturday night. The menu offers a good mix which should offer something for everyone. The cocktails were well made and there was a good selection of draft and bottled beers at fair prices. The food was very good. Favorites were the mussels, seared tuna and the short ribs with mac and cheese. The cheese cake for dessert was excellent. This a place we will return to again."

  • "We had never been to this restaurant and really enjoyed it. Food was excellent as was the service. Very friendly waitress. All four of us loved our meals. We asked for a quiet table and got it but in general the restaurant is quite noisy. That is the only down side. We'll be back though despite that."

  • "The food seems to be getting worse and worse each time we go back here. Not sure if they are putting resources into Bar Lucca but don't think we will come back again. Ashame - was our favorite restaurant in Conshy."

  • "I know most restaurants that are more expensive than others tend to have better quality of food rather quantity, which is usually fine considering that the food is unbelievable when that happens. However, in this case the food quantity seemed too small to not overlook. The biggest issue my girlfriend and I had was with the jumbo crab cakes. Now, these crab cakes were outstanding, in terms of flavor, but they were so small. Nothing at all when you think of "jumbo crab" and there was only two on the plate. They need to be at least three times the size from what is normally served if they're going to charge $15 for such a small piece of an appetizer. But like I said, it tasted AMAZING it was just the size of a small beef cube."

  • "The food was great. My husband got the Valentine's Day Veal Filet Mignon, but it was not up to their usual fabulous fare according to him. My dinner of course was excellent. I had the flat bread special and my favorite very yummy cheese plate. Good draft beer selection and wine selection as well. Service was fabulous! Great restaurant!"

  • "The restaurant is lovely. We enjoyed a glass of wine while we perused the menu. I have a severe allergy to nuts which I expressed to the wait staff. My salad (my entree course) came with nuts. Enough said.... Not happy."

  • "I can't count how many times I've been to the Stone Rose. I keep going back because it's consistently great food, wine & fun! My favorite is the crab, avocado & roasted pepper salad and their burger is awesome. They recently changed some of the wine list but the new wines are great too! Only draw back.... Recently when I've sat at a table (vs. the bar) on a Friday night, I've felt a little rushed. Overall though this is a wonderful gem in Conshohocken."

  • "This is our go to place in Conshy.. For the 3 years we have lived here, we have always had great experiences here. Staff is super friendly and have all been there for while as we know a lot of them by name now (to me that's always a good sign)! Good is always excellent, and vibe is upbeat neighborhood restaurant.. Love this place! Mussels, French onion, cheese boards and any seafood special are always what I look for! Top 2-3 places in Conshy area! Will be back as usual! Great wine/beer list too!"

  • "First off let me start off by saying, I love this restaurant, their flavors are always on point and very yummy. The food itself did not disappoint however the service itself is always extremely slow. I was in no rush the day I ate but sometimes I am on my lunch break and its very hard to get in and out with in an hour. The restaurant was not very crowded so I am not sure why it takes so long to get food."

  • "Limited but nice menu. Food was good, a little noisy as bar and tables all in same space."

  • "My daughter and I had a lovely lunch recently at The Stone Rose. The food and service was fantastic!! I love this restaurant and always enjoy eating here! The food is always outstanding and the service is excellent! The ambience is lovely. The restaurant is small but decorated beautifully. The only concern this time around was that the restaruarnt was cold. My daughter and I had to eat wtih our winter coats on our shoulders and our feet were freezing. Other customers complained as well but it never really warmed up!"

  • "Stone rose was very accommodating when I had to make last minute changes to our reservation for 8, pushing it back to 10pm (which a lot of restaurants probably would have turned down). Once we arrived the service was great, the food was excellent, and we had a great time. With that many people, many appetizers and a lot of different entrees were ordered and everyone was happy with their meal. I high recommend the short ribs with Mac and cheese! We all enjoyed the cocktail and beer selection and a warm chip which for dessert!"

  • "From start to finish I had an excellent experience. Food, service, ambiance.. All exceeded my expectations. The menu is short, sweet, and too the point. It was hard to choose my meal because everything looked so good.. Very diverse. The server was helpful with her guidance in selecting my meal and my beer. The wine and beer list are extensive but not hard to follow..lots of great choices. Will definitely be back!!"

  • "One waitress introduced herself as our server. Then another waitress came over and said she was taking our table. This oddity only seems of any importance given what followed. Two ordered the braised rib mac and cheese, which was very good. One got a salad and flat bread, also very good. My bison strip steak had a good flavor, and a huge tendon running through it, making it over 60% inedible. Otherwise, 4 stars for food. Our waitress never came back to see how everything was. When she came to clear, I told her about the tendon, which should have been obvious anyhow, given how it was now laid out on my plate. She completely ignored me. Whoever bought the steak and whoever cooked it both need a lot more training,as does the waitress."

  • "Great dining experience all around - we've eaten there a number of times and always enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend a dinner stop there for any occasion; it's one of our favorite places. Just one minor complaint: one of our guests in our party wasn't feeling particularly hungry for a number of reasons, and asked if she and her date could just split one meal (since she didn't think she'd eat much). The restaurant wasn't willing to make this concession for a prix-fixe setup. I understand the restaurant not wanting to lose $, but we had four in our group, and if we came with just three we'd probably still be seated at a four person table. Seems like this wouldn't have been that big a deal, but it didn't damper the evening."

  • "We specifically arrived at 11:45 for lunch so it would not take over an hour. Unfortunately our waiter didn't take our order until 12:16 pm. My soup was pretty good and my salad was very good. I just wish it didn't take so long. In addition, it was a cold rainy December afternoon and the restaurant was freezing. Even my husband who is never cold wore his coat through lunch to stay warm. It seems like we were forgotten about, which never makes a customer feel appreciated"
