Anyone can slap together a tortilla and some cheese and call it good, but Sonora Grill has taken Mexican food to a higher level by adding a little twist to what they serve. Even an item like refried beans tastes different here--lighter and seasoned just right. I had the chicken quesadilla (I know, I know--SUCH an adventurer), and added a little of the spicy red dipping sauce that comes with your free freshly made chips, and I had a little party in my mouth. I once ventured out and ordered the Conchinita Pibil--I generally don't eat foods I can't pronounce :)--and it was a decadent surprise. What are you waiting for? We were seated almost immediately because of OpenTable app. The service was very friendly and the fact they moved us to the private dining area because we had extra people show up made the whole experience feel a little VIP which is pretty cool considering we didn't pay extra for it.
