The Seasons BistroAwesome spot. Will return!This was our second time at Seasons Bistro. Our server, Amber, remembered us and she is very friendly and pleasant. Sam, the owner, is also friendly & welcoming. We very much enjoyed the live jazz band. The food is awesome. The must haves are the steak bruschetta, the Sicilian Chicken, and Raspberry Lime Cheesecake & the Creme Brûlée . OMG! The food was excellent, served piping hot, and a real taste treat. Loved the strawberry martini which was featured that day. After selecting a nice merlot, our server informed us they were out of that wine. The owner came right over, made an alternate selection and offered the same price as the wine we selected! The wine was excellent and the owner was super accommodating. We were impressed with all of it and will be back! As we have lived in McDonough for over 25 years, we are happy to see such a wonderful restaurant right here in McDonough! Sicilian chicken was very good. Usually the service is great as well, not this time. We arrived early and were seated immidiately, that was great. We made the waitress aware we were not in a hurry, we didnt think she would avoid us the whole time. Ordered an appetizer, and drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Finished the appetizers, and sipped on our drinks, ordered another one, waited another 15 min for that drink, once we received that drink we ordered our meals, and a glass of wine to go with the entree, I finished my meal before I was given my wine. Very disappointing. We were a little sectioned off from the rest of the diners because we were there for a business meeting. Even so, the overall ambiance and noise level were very pleasant. The food was very tasty, we had the fish entrees and were pleased with their preparation and taste. The vegetable selection could have been better, both in selection and taste. The food was amazing and the location was great with free valet parking. The restaurant has a beautiful setting. Warm and welcoming and the staff and service was amazing. Will go back as often as we can!2/15/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Meal this YearWe went to Seasons on a Friday night. We made a reservation through Open Table, and received exactly the seating we requested. The restaurant was busy/full, but not crowded. We attempted a return visit the next week on Saturday, and they could not get us in during peak time, so it is worth checking to see how busy they are.
Our meal was OUTSTANDING! The Shrimp Risotto, the Pork Chop, and the Sicilian Chicken were ALL excellent. So wonderful we woke up talking about what a wonderful meal it was, and hated to ever eat again, as it seemed nothing could compare! Our server was pleasant and attentive, and the bar poured a GOOD drink, which always starts our evening on a good note. Cannot encourage you enough, to dine here!2/1/2013 12:00:00 AM
