The Seafare of WilliamsburgA Pleasant ExperienceOur party of 9 had dinner at the Seafare on Mother's Day and we were also celebrating our son's college graduation. We were seated at a large round table in a corner and that allowed us to have whole group conversations. Our waiter was extremely courteous and everyone enjoyed their meal. It was a perfect choice for our large group.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThe seafood in the cermanicThe seafood in the cermanic disth was delicious. Good selection of apps, entrees and other desserts5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMDelightful eveningWe were in Williamsburg for the LPGA tournament, staying at a timeshare, and wanted a nice dinner out with our friends. We were two couples who love good food and atmosphere, and were delighted with our choice. All four dinners were excellent, well prepared and artfully served. Our server was attentive without smothering us, and was very nice. The ambiance was what one would expect of such an establishment, and the price (around $50 USD per person with wine) was reasonable. We all agreed that we would go back again some day soon!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMDining at the SeafareWe have eaten at this restaurant many times and the food and service are consistently excellent. We left our left-over meal in a bag at the restaurant by mistake, and the staff tracked us down before we left the parking lot to delivered the bag.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMIf you can get past the earlyIf you can get past the early 1970s decor, the food and the service are great! I highly recommend.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service was very good. The service was very good. I thought overall the seafood and steak were average. I thought the food was not as good as some chain restaurants.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat! The food was amazing and the server was one of the best I have ever had. Definitely recommended for any special occasion or a romantic date.3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic Evperience! The food was amazing – the seafood was so fresh and delicious. Our server, Carrie Ann was a delight – she attended to our every need. Thank you so much for being very accommodating to our 91 year old Mom. We are already talking about a return trip just to experience another evening like we had.3/5/2013 12:00:00 AM4 of us - all 4 dinners (seafood,4 of us - all 4 dinners (seafood, steak & salad) were outstanding and the desserts were awesome. The only down side was the tables were a little close together. Service was superb. A little pricey so, at least for this family, only for special occasions. We had no alcohol and only 2 softdrinks but with a 20% tip the bill was $40 each. Definitely worth it for a special evening.3/2/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat dining. and loved theGreat dining. and loved the atmosphere. The food was wonderful . WE have been there twice and will continue to dine there when we visit Williamsburg2/17/2013 12:00:00 AMA Williamsburg TreasureThis Williamsburg treasure should not be missed. They had a $50/couple special when we went and it was fabulous. Either soup or salad, then entree of filet mignon, salmon or jumbo scallops followed by cherries jubilee for dessert. Lots of attention, great service, wonderful food and a good value for your money make this a place to be sure to try when in Williamsburg. Being locals, we are lucky enough to be able to experience this anytime we wish! The decor is a bit dated, but in a lovely way. It brings back the days gone by when restaurants were elegant. All of the little touches from the intermezzo, the rum bread, delicious bread basket and the corn muffins should not be missed.1/26/2013 12:00:00 AM
