A word from The Scout Waterhouse & Kitchen
Located in the South Loop, The Scout Waterhouse and Kitchen is an upscale tavern and sports bar featuring a classic American menu with a twist. With a focus on an extensive beer selection, the bar features microbrews and locally crafted beers including a variety of 50 bottles and 15 draught beers… in addition to a seasonal cocktail menu and up to 10 wines available by the glass. The Scout offers Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 AM.

The Scout has a rustic and cozy feel, but with a streamlined, modern touch. There is seating for approximately 225 guests among high and low top tables, booths, and leather banquettes. The restaurant is equipped with 34 flat screen TVs as well as 3 private party areas and two bars. For the warmer months, there will be an outdoor patio.
