Hubbard Hall seats up to 120 people, The Library can accommodate 45 people. Several other rooms can be used for small functions up to 30 people. A word from The Roycroft Inn
Dine amongst Arts and Crafts history at the beautifully restored Roycroft Inn, a national historic landmark. The Roycroft Inn features an artisan inspired menu highlighting regional and seasonal foods. Our Chef uses many locally produced ingredients in the preparation of this contemporary menu with daily special creations. The Sunday brunch was voted the best in the area by Buffalo Spree magazine and Zagat Survey has named the Roycroft Inn “best bang for your buck.” There is fireside dining during the winter months and outdoor dining on the peristyle in the summer. Ambiance is casual elegance. Located within 30 minutes of the Buffalo/Niagara Airport and steps away from local ski resorts.

  • "I was there with others for a Sunday brunch. Not many food choices. For example 3 cold salads and for bread only mini muffins or bagels. Long, long wait for omelettes at certain times (25 minutes for me). Very nice building, some classical musicians playing music for us. Waitresses were attentive."

  • "I absolutely loved this inn. Starting with the old huge wooden engraved door, the fireplace. I was very impressed with the ambiance; it is a family friendly restaurant, welcoming children as well. The brunch selection was incredible vast. Where else can you get an omelet to order and beef roast, garlic mashed potatoes (the best I've ever had). And the awesome french toast with a whipped cream infused with sherry or something sooo delicious you wish you could lick the bowl. I can't wait to take the "girls" out for brunch. Every occasion will be spent at the Roycroft Inn. Wait staff was quite busy so I gave it 4 stars but when she was able to get to our table she was very attentive."

  • "For my birthday the other night all I wanted was a quiet night out for a nice dinner with my husband. We decided to go to the Roycroft as we had been given a gift certificate there for our anniversary and with our first child due next month we figured it would be a while before we had a chance to use it. Due to my pregnancy I couldn't partake in the wine list but it was very impressive. Our table was comfortable and intimate and the service was excellent, very attentive without being overbearing. We enjoyed the appetizers and our waitress Lynn recommended the duck special entree to me which was Fabulous. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a quiet dinner with interesting food options without breaking the bank!"

Way over ripe, not appropriate to serve, she had to pick it all out of her salad & set it on her bread-plate. Service was great, nice wine list & I loved the "sliver" dessert option."

  • "The Roycroft Inn is a perfect way to wind down after checking out the arts and architecture of the Roycroft Campus and the surrounding shops and treasures in East Aurora. The architecture of each room in the Roycroft Inn is different and uniquely beautiful, and allows for a deeper look at the creative output of the Roycrofters themselves and provides a different dining atmosphere in each room. The menu is creative and varied, with several options for everyone, including those who are less adventurous eaters. The wild boar and wild game sausages are to die for, and are absolutely worth trying. The cod with vanilla bean hollandaise is a rich yet light seafood dish that merits after-dinner discussion."

  • "Came for Sunday brunch. The entire dining area is charming, loved the fresh flowers on the tables and nice linens. The warmth of the fireplace was inviting as was the music by the quartet. Excellent service. The waitress and staff were friendly and attentive, filling up our coffee cups without having to ask and clearing off dirty dishes immediately. The presentation and variety of food was impressive. Some important areas, such as the carving station, needed to be better as both meats being served were dry and bland. The dessert of my choice was a chocolate cake (made with beer?) which I found dry and tasteless and an apple filling that tasted like it came from a can. Great ambiance but attention needed in some food areas."

Our severs were very attentive without being intrusive, The soups (shallot and mushroom/French onion) were excellent, the brie salad was incredible, the truffle chips are a signature app and the steaks and grilled vegetables were layered with thoughtful flavors and masterful handling.   • "We had dinner and breakfast at the Roycroft; we also stayed at the Inn. Service at both meals was excellent! I have to highlight that the timing between courses, drinks, etc. was perfect, in a day and age where 90% of the time your entree arrives while you're still finishing your salad and a check comes before your dessert. This doesn't happen at the Roycroft. We actually had time to breath between courses, and enjoy a cocktail from the bar while nibbling on delicious homemade cheddar chive bread. Having dinner in the library on a cold March night was so enjoyable. We sat right next to a roaring fire. The food was very good. Nothing crazy or adventurous food-wise, but when the standards are done so well, there's no need. Will return!"

  • "We live in the area and had not been to the Roycroft Inn for many years. The setting is absolutely beautiful, we sat on an enclosed porch and it was lovely. Thought it might be cold, but they have done their job insulating well for winter month dining. The menu was not overwhelming as some are, but there were more than sufficient choices. Food selected was superbly prepared and portions generous. Desserts are homemade which is a real treat and they offer a smaller version for those who want a sweet taste and not a massive serving. There was music in an adjacent bar area that could be heard, but was not overpowering or annoying. Actually added a pleasant touch. Service was impeccable. We will definitely return."

  • "This was my third trip to the Roycroft Inn for brunch. The food was delicious and the service was terrific! I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon and pickled vegetable selections. My dining partner gave a thumbs up to the waffles and apple crisp. Our servers were enthusiastic and available, but not overwhelming. My one criticism is that the buffet lacked a hot vegetable dish. I think that a vegetable medley or stir fry would have been a nice accompaniment to the meats and fabulous roasted potatoes. We'll be back!"

  • "My husband and I chose to dine at the Roycroft for Valentine's Day. We were married there 10 years ago so this seemed like the perfect option. I had the Surf & Turf and my husband ordered the Salmon Filet- both were amazing. The Baked Brie appetizer to start was unusual (it had a passionfruit glaze in the center) and fantastic. The wine list is so elaborate and the dessert list is great in that they offer "sliver portions" of several desserts for those who filled up too much for a full-size dessert. We split a full-size Crème Brulee, which was light and perfectly-prepared. The atmosphere is classy and it was quiet. We didn't feel rushed and our server Dave was attentive but gave us a lot of space too. A perfect night!"

  • "The Roycroft Sunday Brunch is second to none! The ambiance is laid back elegance. When you enter, you are overcome by the classic old world woodwork throughout. The layout is conducive to a feeling of an intimate restaurant. The buffet itself is a surprise at each station. On this day, there were too many offerings to choose a favorite, but I must admit to three trips for the Belgium Waffles alone. They are light and airy, the fruit sauces are flavorful and the almond whipped cream...sigh!! Another favorite was the Shrimp and Langostino Stir Fry. The breakfast station offered an open faced biscuit sandwich, which was a little difficult to eat but the Chicken Breasts in Mushroom Cream Sauce were delicious. Will definitely return!"

The ambiance in the restaurant was wonderful - inviting us to return for another meal (perhaps brunch?) at some point. Our wait staff was incredibly charming, as well as knowledgable about the dishes she was serving. The dining room was quiet and conducive to talking. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. Passing through the reception area at the end of the evening was a further delight, with its display of Arts and Crafts treasures. We would highly recommend this establishment to all travelling through or residing in the East Aurora area. As an Arts & Craft follower, you'll only be that much more pleased"
