Usually go first thing at 11am when the food is freshly prepared and hot. This is the first time I have been to the Rimrock and it did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. The wine was great, the steaks were cooked to perfection and the sorbet was great. We also had some dessert wine our server recommended and we were not in the least bit disappointed. We will come back any time we are able, that's for sure!
