"My wife and I had a great meal at The Restaurant. My wife has celiac disease and has to eat Gluten free and as it turns out so is the Chef's son so he had no problem accommodating us. The food was fantastic and the pairings were perfect. Our waiter was excellent and was happy to share information about the wine and food pairings. Our only complaint - and it's very minor - is that it's a bit hard to tell just where the restaurant entrance is when you pull up to the winery."

"The dinner at Justin's was everything I had expected and much more. The food was delicious and the wine parings were perfect. It is well worth the expense and would highly recommend to anyone who really enjoys a full dining experience"

"The food was amazing and the wine was even better. It's definitely a trek to get out there but well worth it. We ended up being the only two there at the cozy resturant (5 tables) so we had some great conversations with the waiter and plenty of privacy to eat, chat, and laugh to our hearts content. We had never been to the justin winery before but I had some friends that raved about their wines. So eating there and doing the wine pairings was the perfect way for us to try the wines and have a romantic high end meal for our anniversary. Highly recommend this resturant and their wines."

"We have been meaning to try Deborah's Room at Justin Winery for several years but we always call too late. There are only six tables so call at least 10 days to a week in advance and more if there is an event going on in Paso that weekend. It was well worth the wait, however. Everything we had was excellent. Creative and artistic presentations;nice blending of flavors and textures; superb but friendly service; very knowledgeable wait staff. I would recommend getting a driver also as it's out in the country so you don't have to worry about a designated driver. We thoroughly enjoyed the dinner."
