Note: The selection of appetizers on the bar menu is better so order from that menu. We had the scallops and lollipop lamb chops..delish. For dinner I had a NY strip and my husband had the rack of lamb..again they were both delicious."

  • "I have short ribs wherever they are on the menu, I am a short rib lover and these were one of the best. tender and flavorful with a german pasta called spatzel(sp?) my husband had the delmonico steak special which he loves. Our waiter was originally from Italy by way of Sarajevo and Croatia. He was funny and personable and attentive without being obtrusive. We were not rushed and it was a wonderful evening."

  • "Excellent service by Michael. Enjoyable view of A/C through big windows. Overall food was very good. My wife's shrimp were a bit overcooked. Menu did not show Lobster tail....so when we saw a waiter bring out a lobster tail to another table, we asked Michael....but we had already ordered and, therefore, did not want to change. BUT....when Michael said he could get us lobster tail, my wife and I both thought that's kind of dumb that they have it available but it's not on the menu. We would suggest that they add it the menu if it is going to be available upon request. Other than the above two comments.... we were, once again,...pleasantly surprised."

Refills on water never happened but alcohol drinks were pushed to the point I felt the server was trying to get the bill up (restaurant week menu) so his tip would increase. It had to be the server since I was also there last year and the server was better. Food is always very good. Service good twice so yes I would go again."

  • "I took my dad here for a birthday steak dinner. He's a big steak man, and he ordered a rib eye which, according to him, was to die for. I ordered the dish that allowed for 3 protein selections, and I ordered the petite filet mignon, seared scallops, and grilled shrimp. Both meals were accompanied by smashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection. We shared jumbo shrimp cocktail to begin, and it was also amazing. Definitely a great place to celebrate a special occasion."

My food was served warm and my steak was overcooked. They comped my drink to apologize for the poor service. And to top it off, the restaurant was empty. I believe the waiters were helping out in the kitchen, because he was rarely on the floor tending to the customers and the restaurant host was serving the tables."

  • "This "Premier" steakhouse does not live up to the hype. High prices for low quality and small portion size. Braised short ribs were very dry, and tiny portion. Filet mignon was butterflied and not cooked evenly. Scallops were very tasty, but portioned too small. Chocolate cake however was quite delicious. Service by staff was the best part of our experience, but the price versus quality left a bad taste in our mouths. I will not be visiting the steakhouse a second time."

When I called to ask if I could change the reservation, Jordan at the front desk said, "Of course" . I was happy to bring my friends to The Reserve, where we were treated so well. Everyone was happy with their dinners - we had an assortment of appetites and there was something for each of us! Our waiter, Richard, was delightful and took good care of us!"

  • "Ordered mix grill entree: "tiny" filet mignon, two medium sized scallops. two large sized shrimp, small portion of mashed potatoes and a few asparagus. Not a good value for the money. Meat was miniature in size and had a " beefy taste "; scallops were delicious; but the shrimp tasted oily and greasy. They were probably prepared next to the steak on the same grill. Overall the dish was not satisfying and relatively expensive. A plus was the waitstaff and maitre de's willingness to substitute the shrimp with another dish. However, after eating the "delicious french onion soup, I chose to receive another small serving of scallops (two). These, like the first two, were excellently prepared. Good coffee and dinner was over. Did not order drinks."
