Visited The Refectory with a dear colleague of mine for a pre-Conference dinner. Service was impeccable, the history of the restaurant explained in detail, and a master chef at the helm. The charcuterie board was to die for, as was the homemade bread. The duck was rich and savory, and desserts were impeccable. 5 stars and a must visit for all when in Columbus!

We were brought the wrong drinks and could not catch anyones attention to let them know. The wine tasting portion that went along with the tasting menu was not poured at the start of each course. Was not stellar service.

The Refectory has been the gold standard in dining excellence for decades. Our food, soup, salad, lamb and fish was delicious, perfectly prepare with nice treatment of accompaniments. The staff were attentive and friendly. Quiet background music was pleasant and unobtrusive. We were here for a special occasion and The Refectory made it special indeed. Tiramisu was excellent.

Refectory was first class and made our Anniversary dinner so special. The food and wine was nothing short of amazing. The service could not be better. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end!
