                                                                                                        We were so excited to go to Prime Steakhouse for my husband's 50th Birthday. We had very high hopes for this dinner and were definitely let down. We told our waitress after ordering (7:15pm reservation) that we were not in a hurry, but we wanted to be done by 9:15pm, so we would have time to get back to our hotel in time to see the 10pm fireworks; she said that would not be a problem at all. We left the restaurant at 9:40pm. We waited over 40 minutes for our appetizer of 3 bacon wrapped scallops and our waitress barely checked on us at all and seemed surprised that the scallops had not come out yet. We did not receive our steaks (8oz each) until almost 9pm!!! Mine was supposed to be medium but was definitely under cooked. I didn't want to send it back for fear of how long it would possibly take to be fixed. When our waitress arrived with the free dessert for my husbands birthday she was so sweet and had lit a candle, but just set it down on the table and started to walk off. There had been a lot of birthdays celebrated that night and all of the waiters/waitress had sung to their tables. When I started singing to my husband, she came back over and pretended that she had meant to be singing the whole time. Overall I would give 2.5 out of 5 stars. I wish I could have a credit but we live all the way in Oklahoma and do not when we will be back. Was disappointed in the extreme lack of service, our waitress hardly ever came by the table to check on us and never apologized for the fact that we waited almost 90 minutes for 2 small steaks. I would love it if it was possible to get a partial refund. I hope the restaurant and the waitress does better next time.

Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. That view is a one of a kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class experience or celebration.
