The delicious appetizers -- roasted cauliflower, quinoa salad, and calamari -- outshone the entrees, which were also quite good. Food is great, Menu is innovative, staff is friendly and they have a wonderful wine list. It's a charming, small, West Village gem, with a friendly staff, wonderful food, and particularly lovely tables near the window. I highly recommend it. The guacamole is particularly tasty; the hamburger and fries are excellent, My vegetarian friend had the quinoa option which she said was delicious. Quarter is becoming one of my favorite GV restaurants. Then we had the best filet mignon that I think I've ever had, very tender. Finished with a peanut/dark chocolate souffle- wow. Nice beer and wine list.
