An homage to oysters, pork and beer, The Publican's eclectic menu is inspired by simple farmhouse fare in a space evocative of a European beer hall. Chef-Partner Paul Kahan has developed a network of purveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected and sustainably-raised fish, seafood and pork.

    Our waiter was excellent. He was personable, attentive, knowledgeable and made the trip worth it. The food, however, we found to be a bit bland, lacking flavor and presentation. The food did not taste bad, it just wasn’t for us.

    One of the 3 dinners was 10 minutes late to the table; Was given half off that entree.Service was lacking, another server came by our table 3 times. Food was adequate but not for the prices they charge.

    Food was delicious and service was great! Our biggest complaint is the chairs are too high relative to the tall boy tables, a human leg could not fit in the gap available so we both had to sit sideways.

    Just a return to form for the spring menu at publican, my guest had never been and stick to the classics and the food did not disappoint as we exitedd he mentioned he was bringing his wife back next weekend. Brunch is one of my fave meals and the publican team delivers one of the best in town. Always get the waffle / pork belly / butchers board and finish with a pastry as that program is another level now.

    Simply amazing. The food was beyond what I hoped for. Ordered the chefs choice and it paid off. The service was great with good choices in wine from the server who I let choose for me.
