We went with friends for a night out. We were running a few minutes late due to traffic and I called and they said no problem, they would hold our table. The food is decent, and was served hot. The appetizers were taking long, but we were having fun with our friends and didn't notice until the manager came to our table to apologize for the wait. The men at our table enjoyed the beer flights, and let our server (Jared?) pick the beers for them. The mixed drinks were only so-so. Not that anything can compare to a Hurricane from New Orleans, but theirs was seriously lacking, was not red, and tasted more like a Long Island Iced Tea. The prices are reasonable and I would go back again. In fact, this was actually our second visit there.

Leave it to a British Pub to outdo everyone with a rollicking great St. Paddy's day celebration. From the costumed servers to the excellent Irish Pipe Band from the Orlando Sheriff''s office - all were great. Smart to offer a limited menu for better service on a VERY crowded Monday. Irish stew and Irish Reuben were delicious. Great Guiness and Harp too. Prices very reasonable. Don't know how the folks 12 deep at the bar felt after a couple of hours, but our Open Table reservation got us a great table near all the action. We'll be back.

  • Excellent Pub!

We went for an early dinner after a trade show to beat the crowds, and were expecting typical pub scene with OK food like Tilted Kilt or similar places. While rather large in size and not the same as a neighborhood pub, it had excellent local and international beer, ale and Scotch selections, along with some inventive cocktail offerings. What was really excellent was the food - we did appetizers including pub wings and calamari, and entrees including fish 'n chips, welsh dip and shepherd's pie. Everyone to a man was very happy about their selections. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, Anna did a great job of recommending items and taking care of us.

The wait staff and management here make the restaurant. Friendly and attentive and extremely accomodating. Excellent beer selection and decent pub food - some interesting selections (I wasn't a fan of the bacon wrapped dates tho...). A nice place to hang with a few friends. We were here on Super Bowl Sunday and things were crazy - they had 2 or 3 huge parties, but we never felt neglected and had a great time. Only issue was that this really isn't a sports bar so the TVs are small and the tv volume was essesntially non existent - but that didn't bother us :)

  • Nothing Outstanding About The Pub

I read about The Pub before coming to Orlando. We are craft beer enthusiasts and on paper their selection seemed outstanding. However, once we arrived it didn't pan out. What I read online isn't what they had at the Pub and what we did drink was not particularly interesting. The wait staff was not knowledgeable about the beer, either, which should be a definite no-no at a place called "The Pub". The food was fair, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. Also, I felt the wait staff was rude by asking us if we wanted dessert when I was still very clearly still eating my dinner (there were only two of us). This has happened several times in Orlando. Wait staff needs to be trained better.

We were looking for a place close by to eat after the Capital One Bowl pep rally. The Pub immediately came to mind because it is a great location and reasonably priced when everything else at Pointe Orlando costs a fortune. The beer is cold, the food is good and despite being a little noisy, it's a perfect place to enjoy a meal and a pint with good friends.

We have dined here a couple of times. It's Irish Pub meets sports bar in my opinion. They have a great beer selection. We took some customers here after a trade show at the convention center and it's very convenient. The menu selection is a little limited, but there is enough variety that pretty much anyone should be able to find something they like. Overall a nice option for after long tradeshow days.

At first I was a little reluctant to go due to the heavy menu but very glad we went to The Pub. Beer selections are wonderful and many; wine is good too. Menu selection has a little of everything for everyone. Enjoyed the beer cheese appetizer. We went at 5 pm on a Saturday and it was not crowded. We will go back! Thank you Corey for great service. : ) P.S. Valet parking will be validated by the restaurant or you can pay to park in the Pointe Orlando parking garage.

While traveling, We found this British Pub to be very popular, a little noisy but quite pleasant. We found the menu to be pleasantly similar to an authentic British pub. I ordered Shepard's Pie that was hot, and delicious. The mashed potatoes were topped with melty cheddar cheese. The only negative was the serving size could have been a little larger man sized portion. My wife had Fish and Chips. The batter on the fish was light, crispy, not at all greasy and wonderful! The portion size was perfect. The Chips were well flavored and delicious. Our 21 year old Granddaughter ordered the the Bangers and Mash . Her plate was completely cleaned. Her comment was that her dinner was "wonderful". Loved the Kilts; adding to the ambiance.
