A word from The Pub - Monte Carlo
Casual yet stylishly contemporary, The Pub is your go-to spot at the Monte Carlo for great food, beer, sports, & an all-around good time. But don't let the name "The Pub" lead you to believe this is an ordinary watering hole. Pull up a seat at the extensive bar, backed by a mesmerizing array of large kegs, & choose from more than 200 beers on tap. Or if you're not quite in beer mode, you can opt for one of The Pub's famous adult milkshakes such as "The Luck of the Irish" or "Peppermint Snowflake."

There's an extensive new menu of seriously good food to satisfy your hunger. Juicy burgers, chicken quesadillas, grilled fish, & more make The Pub a Las Vegas dining destination in its own right.

With your appetite well taken care of, you can now focus on your entertainment. Big screen sports abound here, so if there's a game on, this is the place to watch it. If sports aren't your thing, there's something for you as well.

Diner Reviews
  • "Second time in a year that we visited The Pub. Not very happy first time (April 2013) and absolutely frustrated and disappointed this visit. We had the beer pairing (4-5 course meal). Did not know what to expect, manager came over and explained and the experience went from bad to worse. Didn't even get the last course, we felt trapped after being there about 2 hours!"

  • "We loved the huge menu of beers and tips on how to make a selection. The wait staff was fantastic! We will be sure to come back!"

  • "The food was typical bar food. The beer flights were not bad . Our server Jose was rushing us and his replacement Lori was great she handled our table while he was on break. It was a decent place. Pretty pricey for bar food that was just ok."

  • "I won the dinner on the radio . Honestly was expecting a sports bar type resturant , but got so much better . Our waiter was amazing and knowledgeable about the long list of beer. Recommended the best things on the menu. The dueling pianos were pretty great and added some fun to the dinner . Overall everything was scrumptious and I couldnt have gotten better service. LOVED IT !!"

  • "There was 17 of us at 2 big tables on 2/21/14 all using comps from the players club. Lori was our server and she was the best. She kept the drinks coming. Lori ended up taking care of our other table because their server was not really taking care of them. When you go there make sure to ask for her station because the service makes this place so fun"

  • "Made a reservation for Friday at 5:15 pm. We got there at 4:50 and were promptly seated. We tried to get someone to wait on us but were told we had to wait for our server to get there and she was running late.Huh? why couldn't any one else help us until the new server showed up? Someone finally took our drink order at 5:10. She was nice and apologetic. Management was pathetic."

  • "My wife and I came here on a comped meal a few days after Thanksgiving. It was a Friday night and the place was about half full. Although the food and drinks were free, everything was just okay. The service was slow for not being that busy and the food was nothing to write home about. I would come back here again and try something else on the menu. Decent beer selections to choose from. Great place to watch a game or hear music."

  • "Good food, but the attraction is their beer list, and they were out of a lot of items. A little disappointing."

  • "Reservations for table for 10. Can't get the drink order, and takes 30 minutes to be delivered. Can't clear the table, and are upset when plates are put on others. Have to fight for more drinks. Food is pedestrian and tasteless. And then you get the privilege of 18% automatic tip. NIce job. Manager should be embarrassed."

  • "We made an open table reservation because there were 7 of us. I specifically requested a high chair for a baby. We had to wait and they finally seated us on the patio because they had no regular tables. Food was good but the service was very slow."

  • "Food and Service were excellent and they offer a really great selection of beers on tap. Draft beers were pricy though but to be expected... It IS Vegas after all!! The dulling pianos were obnoxious and the lead male piano player was too overbearing, enough so that we left instead of hanging out there for the night."

  • "Great sliders and fries....be sure to order one temperature higher than you want. Medium comes Med rare, Well came medium well. Juicy hot burgers and salty fries with fun dueling pianos. Will be back on every visit."

  • "Food was horrendous. We were a group of 4 and we all ordered different items and no one enjoyed the meal! In fact most of it was left. So we did sample a cross section of what was on the menu. Also, they advertised a dueling piano show and we thought well at least there is entertainment..........I use the word entertaining very loosely...it was also horrendous......the singers were sub par especially for a LV establishment.....so more disappointment. Would not return to this Pub!!!"

  • "Have eaten at the Pub in the past but seems the quality has gone downhill. Wings were terrible. Very soft and mushy even though I asked for crispy. Burgers were not good at all. Several of us felt the bun was too large and burger itself was overcooked and not very good. House wine(Cabernet) undrinkable. I sent back for premium glass."

  • "Got together with a group of 10 friends. Promptly seated at our table (we had reservations), and Andrea our sever explained beverage and meal options. Awesome selection of beers and a well rounded bar menu. Had a great time catching up; tried a couple of the beer tasting selections, and food served all at once and in a timely manner. Bar environment...sports on the TV's, people coming and going....looks like everyone was having a good time. We certainly enjoyed it....!"

  • "My co-workers and I always visit the The Pub every pay day to celebrate a birthday month or anything but our last visit, the food took so long and we didn't really get a chance to enjoy the food. Food server was great, ambience is always cool but we didn't have enough time, although we mentioned to rush our order. Maybe next time we will call to order prior to our arrival, not sure if that is possible."

  • "We ate at The Pub as an inclusive meal to our Blue Man Group Show. I loved being able to book my reservation on line as we were flying in to Las Vegas for a week vacation a month or so later. Also, our seating and service was great. The food was good as well....However, I was disappointed with the limited menu selection we had. Since this was booked as a Dinner/Show combo, we had a limited menu of two appetizers, three main courses, and only one desert. I would really have appreciated at least one additional main dish (maybe steak tips) and one additional desert (something chocolate)."

  • "My wife and I went to the Pub for dinner and to watch the Duelling Pianos. The food, service and show were excellent. If you are looking for an inexpensive fun evening in Vegas I highly recommend this!!!!"

  • "Our waitress, Malia, was great, and full of energy, friendly, and a hard worker. The manager was not very friendly, the noise level was quite loud as we were right by the speakers. Food and drinks are expensive, but this is Vegas, so is to be expected. Seems like a good place for a group, as they encourage karaoke, and pay special attention to brides-to-be with their bachelorette group, and other large groups. For a couple, it wasn't a place I would choose to go to again."

  • "Had a good time....Dueling Piano guy is a bit of a tool that "begs" for money most of the night.....but overall a great time"

  • "Its a sports bar. The burgers are fine. Plenty of screens to watch the game. Nothing to write home about. Expensive for what it is, but I suppose fair by Vegas standards."

  • "My fish was soggy and had a lot of dark spots in the middle. Fries were terrible."

  • "The best thing about the place was the variety of beers. The worst was the noise level."

  • "We didn't want anythng fancy for dinner and we wanted a place toeat after seeing Blue Man Group. You have your choices of small meals or diner type meals. I had their chicken casadia which was very good. my husband had one of their burgeers which he liked. Lots of TV's to watch sports. We had stopped for dinner before and we asked if they could change the channel to a local game we wanted to watch. They were very accomodating and changed the channel. Nice people and good bar food."

  • "I was very excited to dine at The Pub, had a reservation for 5 pm for 2 of us, it took at least 10 minutes before we were even greeted by waitstaff. Ordered a flight of beer to sample, received our burgers BEFORE our drinks arrived..even told the food server (not our waitress) that the burgers looked good, but no drinks...HE was attentive and brought us our drinks quickly, our waitress never even apologized, and then brought another server over, due to "break time". Granted, maybe she was tired by then, but this was not a good experience, and the fries were cold (burger was good, though). Vegas has waaaaayyy too many options for dining to accept a mediocre experience."

  • "Really enjoyed the food but very disapointed when we asked for our chicken wings to be heated up, they said there was no microwave oven and because there was sauce on them they could not put them in the fryer, shame as the rest of the food and evening was good"

  • "We chose the Pub at Monte Carlo for a large group gathering based on their spectacular beer selection. While that lived up to expectations, the restaurant refused to split our orders into separate checks but did not notify us of this until it was time to leave. The waiter was argumentative about this and difficult to work with - 15 relative strangers were not going to have one person foot the over $400 bill. Additionally, several people ordered pasta dishes and they were HORRIBLE. The entree salads were considered palatable, but the food in general was not worth the effort. I would not recommend this place for anything other than their beer selection."

  • "A good spot to meet friends or have a break from the casino...Massive beer list"

  • "Food was ok. A little disapointed in beer glasses. Glasses washed in a foam killing cleaner. Draft beer head was nil. As a beer drinker you like to see a uniform ring all the way down the beer glass. If they are going to sell 300 diferent beers they need to look at another glass cleaner that will bring out the flavor of the beer and look pleasing also."

  • "Food and draft beer were excellent. Small plates were meal-size by themselves and very well-prepared. I had the Calamari, which was very nicely done with lime and jalapeno. Although deep fried, they were not greasy or heavy.Tim was the best waiter I have had in years. Fast, friendly and efficient. Willing to chat and offer suggestions on a very busy night, yet covering all of his tables without appearing rushed or in a hurry. While it is a sports bar, the sound seems to be well managed through the design of the architecture. Moderately priced by LV standards. Open Table reservations worked like a charm! Walked past a dozen people waiting for seating and was seated immediately in a very nice spot."

  • "Appetizer of fried calamari was very tasty, but very very greasy. Entrees not tasty. Probably won't go back. Service was uninspired."

  • "I have been to the Pub several times, and i must say this place is great for potato lovers. Their selection of fries and dipping sauces are delicious, and their Potatoes Balls are a must order every time you go, period. If you don't order these, you're doing it wrong. The other food at the Pub is all above average. The beer selection is deep, and the prices pretty reasonable. For the cost, it is actually one of the best sports bar on the strip, providing plenty of TVs, good food, good beer and sports friendly ambiance. This certainly isn't a place to take the ladies too, but if you're doing a bro's trip to vegas, and you're in the area, this is certainly a great place to get some beer, food and not have to pay a redic cover."
