We've eaten here before and were so pleased that the food is still as good as ever. My husband had the 14 oz cut prime rib and I had the special -- Salmon stuffed with crabmeat and shrimp. MMMMMMMMMM... oth were delicious! Their prime rib is extraordinary! ...and the chef got the perfect medium-rare doneness. I heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone in Vegas...or on their way through. It is off the strip at the Orleans so it's easy to park and go in for dinner and/or gambling. We both had the tomato and pesto soup which was delicious. For the first time ever I asked if we could do a split plate as I wasn't very hungry and this wasn't a problem. We shared the 24oz bone-in rib eye which was cooked rare as requested and was very good as were the sides.
The seasonal berries dessert was big enough for two to share and consisted of berries, pound cake, a praline basket and ice cream.
We had a bottle of wine as the starting price for wine is probably the cheapest I have seen in Vegas. I have paid the same for a glass elsewhere as a bottle was here.
Service was very good despite the restaurant being busy for Mother's Day.

Great wine list, choices for every budget.
Couldn't eat desert this trip, stuffed from the 14oz. prime rib, but have had desert in the past, there all great. The Loft is always on my dining list whenever I am in Vegas.
The noise level from the table next to ours was inappropriate for the loft, they should have gone to Dennys. It was an older crowd, maybe they were all hard of hearing.
Highly reccommended.

We loved it then, and we loved it again this last time. 3 of us ordered the NY Strip, and 1 ordered the prime rib sliders. My steak was cooked to perfection and was juicy and tasty for every bite. Our guests felt the same about their meals. Our service was impeccable. For just about $100, 4 of us ate like kings. When we got there I was greeted by name and seated immediately. We are seniors and usually split meals. There was no question or problem doing this. We had Tempura Vegetables/appetizer and the Prime Rib Special. Dinner came with a wonderful salad and HUGE baked potato that was 'dressed' table side with your choice of toppings. The food was delicious, and the wait staff made sure our water glasses were always full. The tablecloths, silver, and glassware made it feel very special.
