"Place is overwhelmed with parents indulging their children - allowing them to do anything they care to. Noise level is through the roof. Service is harried and slow. Food is mediocre. No one is managing this restaurant."

"Fresh, tasty Mexican food without the usual grease and massive amounts of cheese melted on everything. Mahi-Mahi fahitas delicious with grilled fish and smokey veges. High quality ingredients in all food we ordered. Lots of help in the restaurant, so service quite good and fast."

"We visited The Prickly Pear once before when it had first opened. We weren't impressed at all. The food was bland and service was very average. We decided to try them out again since they've now been open for awhile. We know that new restaurants often need a little time to run smoothly. Plus we know that Rodney Worth is great as a chef/leader/owner at his other locations.

We decided to try out Taco Tuesday ($2/$3 each). We were pleasantly surprised. Our server was warm and friendly. The prickly pear margarita tasted much better than I'd remembered from last time. There was a good variety of tacos and all were very tasty. The live music was really nice too! Taco Tuesday at the Prickly Pear is much better than Maria Maria or El Nido."

"Our first time there and I must say I am tough to impress and have very high expectations but I was extremely impressed with our dining experience. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess. The service was truly excellent throughout the entire time we dined there. The food was excellent as well. Everyone working there seemed as if they wanted to be there and serve the patrons. Very Well Done!!"
