The Pressroom RestaurantThe Pressroom is front page worthy!Great to once again dine @ Pressroom in Steinman Park. Menu is full of healthy, fresh and sumptious items. Server was patient and customer focused. They even inculded a discount for Fulton Theatre goers! Thanks. The pizza was delicious, simple but fresh tasting. Cobb Salads were a delightful mix of grilled sweetcorn, spring greens, tomatos and more. Everyone from the hostess that greated us as we walked in the front door to our server and the all the wait staff were very friendly and hospitable. Our server was excellent in every respect....the food was outstanding and the outdoor setting was just lovely. We will definitely come back again to The Pressroom!6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMWe took two other couplesWe took two other couples from out of town to dinner on Sat evening. The restuarant was busy. In spite of that, we were seated promptly. Our waiter came to our table in short order, took our drink orders. He returned with beverages and took our dinner orders. Our food was brought in a timely fashion. We had a variety of orders, soups, entrees, pizzas. Each course was served at the right time, at the right temperature, and was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and total experience. I was no disappointed. Great salad, excellent prime rib and delicious cobbler for desert. Our waiter, Morgan, was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - very nice guy! We had the cheese plate to start which had a nice array of cheeses with some capers,grapes, and berries along with a raisin bread and house made apple butter. Our entrees included the special of the night, a seafood stew in tomato broth with mussels, scallops, shrimp and fish. Steak au poivre, cooked to perfections with the classic peppercorn and brandy sauce. I had the crabcake, made with all lump crabmeat and virtually no filler, topped with a red pepper relish which makes you wonder why people even think about putting tartar sauce on a crabcake. Dessert was fluffernutter creme brûlée and pot de creme, two extraordinarily decadent ways to end the evening. Food was fantastic, can't wait to go back!3/22/2013 12:00:00 AM
